I love medical dramas and I love Mystery/Psychological/Thriller genres but... I don't like this drama, I think this is a little boring. I really wanted to like it, because Jang Hyuk is one of my favorite actors :c

I agree with everything you said and I really recommend you to watch 'Another Miss Oh', the second female lead is not a witch, the second male lead isn't like the others and the main guy don't fall for the main girl instantly. I loved this drama because I think it is different :)
