Will this drama have a conclusion at the end? With only 8 episodes I don't think so.
It might trigger season 2, with an unexpected twist, at the end of episode 8. Like battle is moved from purgatory world to real world in season 2. Read my big comment, that would help you on what I am talking about.

I think: the glowing yellow eyes often symbolize danger, otherness, or a connection to the supernatural, enhancing the eerie presence of such entities. With sunglasses, he might be protecting his vision.
As he was probably the killer of her as well, she ended up stalking him and he ran to capture her. But when detective jumped him, it was shown as if killer was more scared to see her, than, trying to target her.

1. Realtor is just part of outsider's (writers) imagination. 2. Killer was in real world. (Atleast one month ago before he got hit by car). He was one of the humans with abilities, while shop owner is in Limbo/purgatory/imaginary world. 3. Killer: It is also possible, if the ending is as expected and explained above as part of main comment, the killer might as well be, one of the strangers arrived in real world in the past, in an outsiders body. That's why may be his restaurant is so shady and unlisted etc. but I have my doubts on this theory.

Strangers - Are ghosts who are stuck in the world-space, unable to move on due to some reason. They are stuck themselves in this strange space and outsider's (explained in minute) interactions ( or trigger for example the door) causes them to latch on to outsiders they connect to, getting away from their own limbo state. Most likely they are the dead people from the morgue. they might also feel either threatened or otherwise connected to outsiders (do you know me question at the bus stop) for specific reason. These ghost refused to believe they are dead and are trying to buy their way out by taking someone else lifeline. Already there were three ghosts who are trying to get (mis use) outsiders to buy a light bulb (their life light) or bring them there to find which light they represent so they can steal it. Why you see a suitcase for there second visit. Though, I am not sure yet know about shower ghost, what she wants or may be has she found a way to find the outsider whose light was already stolen and kept in the room, which now lights up, as the writer outsider walks in, as she is attracted towards her own light and ends up renting the space. remember it's a loop, so all she needed was to still a light and keep it inside closed door, and outsider walks in.
Outsiders - people who are critical, and are between life and death, who are also stuck in their own Limbo state, unable to wake up or move on, their loop sometimes results into their interaction with ghosts, but their Limbo does not allow them to interact with humans in real world except through medium like Music (one way interaction). Their loop is imaginary, but feels realistic to them, and causes them to interact with Strangers (bus stop), they can also intertwined themselves with other outsiders, but can not fully interact (window and boy). So their imaginary world and loop cross cut, giving a filling of drama with different time period. But its a loop for each outsider ( in shared space - this in a moment below). Once strangers latch on to them, they do their biding.
Humans with Abilities: people who have returned from life and death experience, who can see both strangers and outsiders. Only 3 characters can do that as of current time, I think.
The door : is an example of a trigger from outsider into the world of stranger.
Hyunju: she is an outsider (Stuck in loop evident with chocolates eaten again and again and light bulbs at home (which are not her light)) her mother: a ghost (accident/death happened to both at some point). may or may not be different places. hyunju recognising a ghost as her mother, might be a misunderstanding, as their last names are different, and could be result of latching. Her's death is recent, which means one big event trigger everything, which happened recently. Most outsiders and strangers in same accident??
Light Shop: Some kind of hope, playing a role of a light house, monitoring lifeline(light) and guiding outsiders, but also might have ability to force ghosts to move on. Causing ghost to fear shopkeeper.
Limbo: (town area) is a space that seems be a shared space between outsiders, (floor 8 - home is bed) just like ICU, (floor 8) but also is shared by some strangers. Lightshop is in the Limbo space, and not in real world.
Who is the shopkeeper? May be head nurse ? or someone in al ong coma who is aged now
Ending: it's morgue and ICU battle then is predictable now. As the door of the morgue says outsiders are not allowed. So, ending? One stranger finds its way out into an outsider body and wakes up.
Twist: I would be surprised to see Hyunju to be the ghost and her so called mother, even dead, wakes up, in the morgue. There have been real life cases like this right? The mother wakes up, but its actually Hyunju who manages to steal old ladies light. Keeping shopkeeper busy talking ;-) Hint: Spec girl is outsider who sees two schoolgirl ghosts as she sleeps on..
