I think they changed it because it was Bai Jiu Sui decision not the Emmisary decision and he thought it would be easy but he forgot what tribulation meant 😅😅

I could count all of them here, I think that's why I end up arguing with some of them.

Bai jui Sui is a cold person,because when they ascended down for their tribulation because of he's reaction towards mortals around them. When he sealed her powers he said something very harsh to her that made Hua rue Yue ask him so everything was all a lie and he only used her so that he can ascend to the upper realm.

Bai Jiu Sui wasn’t wrong for not understanding humans back then.

Hua Rue Yue wasn’t wrong either for being able to relate to them, that's why the story is rooted in misunderstanding.
