Ask MangoTV why. This is a MangoTV Original Production, and iQIYI only has the licensing Agreement to Broadcast it internationally. Maybe MangoTV didn't include in the contract whether iQIYI is allowed to offer express episodes for this series.

Some of the dramas got their distribution license before twot, and some of them released early after they got the license because it was planned a year ago at the iQIYI iJoy Conference 2023. January 13, 2024 this series wrapped up and obtained a distribution license on July 11, 2024.
