Regarding dramas with more than 40 episodes, since the NRTA mentioned that they would improving policies governing the number of episodes, I'm not sure whether this has already been implemented or is still in the planning stage.

However, the total number of episodes will still depend on the production company/producer.

Censorship has approved the 40 episodes submitted by Youku, and Youku did not reduce the number of episodes.

It's still too early to announce, and another drama of Wang Yinglu on Tencent Video is currently airing. Most likely, Tencent Video will schedule this drama after that one end

Since it's still just a rumor that it might air around September 15, let's wait and see if there are any new rumors or updates.

If Tencent Video starts the pre-heating phase next week, it's likely the drama will air around mid-September.
