The first 2 episodes were solid. I must admit I was skeptical and hoping for a sequel to Bong Soon's life and that it maybe was going to be about her daughters' lives crime fighting or something of the sort. But after seeing these first 2 episodes, I'm with it and hoping that they keep this quality.
This would totally have gotten a different response had the mls and fls genders been swapped. I can definitely see the fl's lines and actions having been seen as negative had it been done by a male. But overall was a nice show. Wouldn't say it to be perfect or close to it, as it has its delivery on double standard and a female acting like this being seen as empowering whereas a male doing it would have been seen as negative.
It's okay if you didn't like the drama you can say so, criticize it for the things you didn't like or rate it…
When giving an opinion at least say "in my opinion" instead of talking like everyone is supposed to have the same opinion as yours about the drama. You do state "Better watch the movie Mr. Hong rather than its dragged out with Korean love triangle masala added drama.", just with that you're already throwing "your opinion" on others to not watch this drama just because you don't like it and dropped it, when clearly the majority's has the opposite opinion.
With "Came alongside squid game, and drew popularity from it" and saying you dropped it, you're already giving the idea that it's a bad drama without actually using the word. And again you never said "in my opinion", making it seem like it's the thought that anyone that watched the drama should have.
As I mentioned before, if you're not going to like a drama and comment so negatively about it, at least give an actual reason for it other than "the usual run of the mill romance love triangle drama" being the reason you dropped halfway. Hating for no actual reason is not a good way to write comments and can lead to people keeping away from a drama that they might enjoy.
I'm not saying it's wrong to dislike the drama, everyone has their own likes and dislikes. But if you're going to a comment section, usually used by people to see if the drama is good or not, at least give an honest opinion on why the drama isn't to your liking.

Just say it wasn't for you and it's not as good as other people made it seem, in your opinion. You couldn't finish it so at least don't talk like you've seen the whole thing, especially when your main complain is of it having a love triangle that you didn't even see the conclusion of.
I'm going to start watching it now and might like it or not and that will be my opinion. Whether I like it or not, I won't come here and talk about that the rating I think it should be, is what it should actually be and that the website is wrong for having this rating.

No, you are simply bashing something instead of giving helpful information to help someone decide if they should watch this jdrama or not.
Plus you are just bashing it because it's not "your taste" and you should keep that to yourself. Hating on something just because you don't like that type of things isn't right and usually relevant opinions should be related to something that is part of a genre that you like but it was badly done so you didn't enjoy it, which the jdrama that you're bashing wasn't. If that type of genre is not your taste then fine no need to hate on it. There's plenty of dramas for people of all ages and tastes, so no need to hate on it just because it's of a genre that you dislike.

Cause the female leads portray better their characters than male leads I guess(?) Feeling more annoyed towards one character than the other when that's what the character is supposed to portray then that means the actress is doing her job well. At least I think that would be it.
