So you prefer she stay single?
I prefer her to prioritize the business and people she's leading and take care of grandma. She's still young, with a lot of responsability and has been feeding the fantasies of her perfect first love for 9 episodes already. Do San has to mature, although I believe his love is genuine for Dal Mi and HJP has to deal with his past issues and feelings of abandonement before starting an relationship. Most of the time love isn't enough for 2 people to function, so they have to be content with themselves first to start anew, bc right now all of them are pretty miserable.

I'm team Dal Mi all the way. People give way too much credit for Ji Pyeong bc of the letters from 15 years ago when he only started it to help grandma and perfectly moved on with his life. He actually started to show genuine interest in her after he realised Do San was falling for her and taking initiative. If I was Dal Mi, JP would be a complete stranger to me regarding deeper feelings related to the past, bc she was really invested in Do San from the start. Right now I'm team Dal Mi and I'm glad she didn't cause an scene with her grandma and is more worried about grandma's health and her own career, bc the whole mess affected her confidence deeply and she started doubting her own competence. Do San has a lot of grow up to do and JP has to deal with his traumas and lack of sensibility to actually earn Dal Mi's affection.

This is at the top of my list of feel good dramas. Every episode, even though there's some heart break, I end with an smile on my face. I love these characters and hope the second half of it will be just as good as the first one.

The leads look so much like Park Bo Gum and Suzy to me lmao. They're both super attractive.
He looks like Park Bo Gum and Ong Seong Wu lovechild and she looks like Suzy and Jung So Min, I agree lol

is it me the only person who kinda annoyed with gong joo young's character?
Same. He doesn't get a clue and is way too pushy and annoying.

Everybody in this drama is gorgeous lol Ep 2 was miles better than the first one and I like that the other 2 female residents will have their own plots and they intend to be friends with the FL. Too bad we will get only 1 ep a week aaaaah Hope this one will keep the cute path and not disappoint!

Who else can't stand Joo Ri?? Her jealousy towards MY and fake angel act get on my nerves!!! She literally voted for the hospital to fire MY claiming that she knew her, while she ordered MY to pretend they didn't know each other at all. What a snake!

WHAT IF MOON YOUNG AND NAM JOORI ARE RELATED MAYBE THEY'RE SISTERS OR SOMETHING THEY KIND LOOK ALIKE AND THEY…
I think Juri is putting an act to seem angelic and nice while antagonizing the MY who probably knows her true self and could be dangerous for her image. Probably why she asked for her to pretend to not know each other.

Are we all watching the same drama? The title is literally It’s Okay Not to be Okay, before that was Psycho But It's Okay and it got translated to my country to It’s Okay to no be Normal. It WILL talk about mental illness, mental health and not the beautiful side of the routine of a mental hospital. I think many people went into this expecting a cute romance with a “strong and morally right” female lead. It is NOT. Talking only about our leads, we have a FL with ASPD, not treated, who is obsessed with our ML and the possibility of him being there, taking care and consoling her and a ML who is EXHAUSTED with all the responsibilities regarding his brother and working as caretaker. Guy has no parents, no girlfriend, only 1 or 2 friends and just wishes the days will go by one after the other with o big plans. He knows she’s deranged and will mess his routine and she finally found the only person she seems to care in many year. It’s a plot I’ve never seem before and will see many unexpected sad events that will give much food for thought happen before each of them can heal and move on.

From comments Ive seen on different platforms, I really feel like people should drop the show now if they already…
I think it was addressed that she has ASPD at 1st or 2nd ep. People are not used to have reality depicted at a show with romantic and fantastic elements. Agree with everything!

Idk whether I understood the comment correctly, but I would like to point something out. I like the character…
She clearly has a personality disorder and the show already mentioned it, also she isn’t receiving any kind of treatment. I just don’t see the point in erasing all the good traits about her character because she hasn’t treated her anger issues, for example. MY was badass when she defended Sang Tae even if it costed her career. Was it all very appropriate? No. She’s labeled a crazy bitch everywhere she goes and she doesn’t give a fuck about anyone’s opinion nor is worried about her bad fame or career, are those a “normal” person’s behavior? No. But the show clearly nailed it and will go deeper in the future.. Like what they did with the nude guy and his abusive mayor father.

I hope people don’t romanticize MY’s behavior towards KT.
I perfectly understand how abusive her behavior can be, but the show clearly shows how deranged she is. She has no filter and is possessive too, these are characteristics of mentally ill so I think the show will explore it.

I LOVE THIS FEMALE LEAD! Girl is brave, authentic, bold, messed but all kinds of wonderful! SEO. YE. JI This is her show and she’s owning it! Every ep is all kinds of glorious fun and heartache ❤️
