I thought this would be he goes back in his teen self not as a grown ass man hanging around a teen. Kind of gives…
I think the "date Suansoon anyway" part is about the one in his own timeline not the one from the future. And when he goes back into the past again it's like you thought he is his teen self again.
Cute leads, Weak Plot.I only stayed for the kissing and candy sharing scenes because there's no real story here.…
Didn't she literally say that it used to also be said to guys in the past ? Maybe old fashion but I don't think it was meant to be used in a derogatory way and it's not like she treated him like one of her girlfriend either. Hell when she first called him Unnie she didn't even know he was gay, only that her friend had been waiting to see him again for a very long time.
I enjoyed it for the most part but my main criticism is that after a certain point it kind of feel like there's nothing in their way. In the last few episodes the villains had not a single thing go in their favour that could block just a little Vincenzo & friends. I also feel like the female lead added very little to the plot after the first few episodes (death of father + being able to work as a lawyer). To the point where I think the drama wouldn't change much if her character wasn't there. Because of that the romance feels forced, they didn't really have moments with each other. Most of the time when she got scared for him it felt more like the screenwrites suddenly remembered that they had to put romance at some point. Vincenzo had more moments with Han Seo in 3 episodes that they had in 20. Hell Vincenzo had more of a relationship development with a pigeon than with his love interest.
Bloodhounds would probably be closer for the revenge aspect of it and the more serious tone of the drama. Vincenzo…
One thing to know before watching it though. The lead actress had a DUI while shooting, it was too late to remove her from the show so they instead reduced her role. Because of that the ending for her character might seem a little weird and unfinished but I think it's better to know about it beforehand. I didn't know going in so I had to check if she had a scandal while watching to see why she didn't reappear after a certain point 😅
I’m at 8 episode and like it’s not bad but I don’t know why it was on the list “if u like my name watch…
Bloodhounds would probably be closer for the revenge aspect of it and the more serious tone of the drama. Vincenzo has too much comedy elements to be similar to My Name.
I'm actually glad to hear the body swap isn't the main plot of the drama, I usually hate this kind of trope when it drags for too long. So it definitely won't be a priority for me to watch it but I'll probably give it a shot at one point.
Uea's stepdad get arrested, Krit is fired and Mongkol has no choice but to finally start working. Most of it is…
I also enjoyed the drama but I have to admit I have a hard time understanding what King find so appealing about Uea. It was a lot of trauma dumping, king fixing things and Uea being rude for no reasons or making rules when he doesn't do much in return.
It's such a shame that the subtitles are so bad because I feel like otherwise the reviews for this show would…
When Ai tells Songkhram that he doesn't want to spend has much time together, probably because he has a hard time believing Seongkhram has genuine feelings for him, Songkhram listens to him and agrees to leave him alone. But when he replies he has that small voice crack which I think was such a nice touch to show how affected he was while trying to keep it together. I also found it much more effective than when they force those crying scenes which are more often than not not very believable.
It's such a shame that the subtitles are so bad because I feel like otherwise the reviews for this show would be better. I'm on episode 8 and outside of a few random moments it's a pretty good show. Solid acting from the leads (I'll put one scene in particular in spoiler in another comment) at least coming from a thaï BL. The leads have good chemistry and make a cute couple. There are side couples but they aren't taking too much screen time away from the main couple. And overall the side characters are pretty likeable. There's still time for it to go bad in the last few episodes but I'm optimistic.
can someone spoil the end for me i can’t bring myself to continue
Uea's stepdad get arrested, Krit is fired and Mongkol has no choice but to finally start working. Most of it is thanks to King except for the stepdad but he had hired a private detective to find things about him and was waiting to know what Uea would want to do about it.
They obviously got together and at the end there's a time jump one year later. Uea is still not talking to his mum but keep in touch and supports his sister. King's family fully support his relationship and at the end he propose to Uea.
One new character arrives at the very end so I'm guessing it's hinting at a possible spin off for Jade.
I understand that not every BL actor has to be part of the LGBQTi community however if a straight guy decides…
I understand (and agree) where you're coming from about the commitment to the role but I have to disagree on the acting part. Quite a few Thai actos are good at the fanservice part but definitely not the acting part. Otherwise some BL probably wouldn't need to rely so much on sex scenes to fill in the gap
The reason why Seojoon was able to forgive Jiwoo so easily was because he knew that he's the only one that Jiwoo…
Agreed and I think in a way Jiwoo admitting that he wouldn't be able to fight for as long shows some of his character development. It's him being open about his insecurities, him not being as strong in that aspect of their relationship, and Seojoon probably understand that since they're finally able to communicate properly the second time around, or at least they seem to go in that direction in the last episode.
It was slightly better than Season 1 but only thanks to Hyuk who was actually capable of showing some kind of emotions instead of looking dead inside the entire time. The chemistry between the 2 leads was way better than in season 1 so it's a shame it was a platonic relationship. The plot wasn't great but there was actually one this time so I guess that's still an improvement. The editing on the other hand was weird especially how some of the episodes were cut.
1. Why didn't they prepare animal for the infected to attack? Would they not have been interested in animal blood…
#1 I'm gonna assume that they wouldn't be interested in animal blood and the fact that people are a lot more sensitive with seeing animal die in a show rather than people.
#2 I was asking myself the same thing when the power was cut. But we see near the end when the wife of the attorney kick him out of the appartment that they don't work with electricty but use 4 batteries because she take one out so he can't come back in.
#3 When the virus was mutating Han Tae Seok said that the lockdown was also a way to see how it evolves when it's in a free environment. Since she never got infected and they didn't know yet she had the antibodies it was probably a way for him to have someone inside and he didn't need to worry about her turning.
#4 I'm gonna guess to avoid anyone being suspicious of him if the bodies were discovered sooner since he would be seen mostly positively. As for the cleaning lady he didn't want to shoot Yi Hyun because he didn't want to look at him. So maybe by giving her the apple just before killing her was a twisted way for him to show that someone saw her when everybody ignored her until now, to get the satisfaction of killing her when she has a little hope. But I'm probably seeing too much into it :')
People are pissed he is maybe falling in love with another person who is maybe not his soulmate or are not followingthe…
Couldn't agree more, it would be a nice twist to show something where people would end up as platonic soulmates. To me having someone I was meant to be friends with sounds just as good as someone as I was meant to be in love with.
When I heard Color Rush was getting a season 2 I wasn't optimistic because the acting was pretty bad in the first one but after seeing the trailer Hyuk is already doing so much better than the previous actor. His character actually looks like he has emotions.
24 episodes with episodes this long ? I think I'm gonna wait for it to be shown entirely because same I can't be too optimistic about the pace of the plot knowing the track record of longer thai BL in the past (Until we meet again in particular)
The fact that one of the douche bags got away is making me mad. I know that everything worked out perfectly at…
I don't like it either that he managed to run away but at the same time it makes it a little more realistic. This place was so corrupted so it would make sense for someone with a lot of influence to be able to leave. Usually the bad guys are all miraculously caught and sent to prison so it's a nice change to see that they can't always get everyone.
I'm still not sure if I like MOD. A lot of the story makes no sense, to me, but somehow they kind of 'work'.Like…
I think the sex scene after they stole the computer was simply because they were on an adrenaline high. Tan wouldn't be scared by what they did and we could clearly see that Bun was really excited when they arrived at the house.
The back and forth between flirting and mistrust is also pretty easy to explain imo. Bun is really attracted to Tan especially when they're just the 2 of them but at the same time he has too many secrets so he can't 100% trust him. And even though he can't completely trust him he doesn't really know anyone in the town with Jane dead and Pued missing so Tan is still the only person he can rely on. The switch between moods is probably to avoid having something heavy/dark all the time. Then when something does happen it's a lot more impactful. It's the same with shows you mentioned like Bones and House which used a lot of humor to distract from the cases.
I also feel like the female lead added very little to the plot after the first few episodes (death of father + being able to work as a lawyer). To the point where I think the drama wouldn't change much if her character wasn't there.
