I may be wrong here but i don’t think it explicitly confirms nor does he confirm that he carried out the death of ji soo mum. He definitely did it for the dad as shown in the flash back but i feel like he didn’t cause the death of the mum. Especially with a season 2 in the works my theory is that there was a 3rd party that caused the mums death and seung joo just replicated the idea. Or i could be over thinking.
