Good advice…I also have learned not to put so much weight on the ratings. There were series that
had low ratings but I watched and
absolutely enjoyed
and vice versa there were shows that had high ratings and I still
can’t figure out how.

Unfortunately there are people out there who are
not hesitant about taking advantage of a person who
is just a nice person….I know someone who seems to never have money but is always the first one at the restaurant. Met
a mutual friend and as soon as her
name came up the consensus was she
was always coming up short so of course being good
people someone would offer to pay her tab. And she’s
no teenager. Loved
the advice Pao gave Seeiw.

This episode was so good. I’m so glad they didn’t drag the Seeiw/Sand fiasco out
and letting Seeiw hear what kind of guy Sand was for himself was perfect. Also, who wouldn’t want
a best friend like Cake. I
loved it when his father
asked him how the other
guy looked and when Cake said he looked twice as bad
his dad fist bumped him. The acting has been great.
Prem and Peak have really
stepped up their game. Kudos to each. Of course,
Earth never disappoints.
Santa is just a natural. So far I even like the female
roles. They are usually depicted in BLs as being so
manipulative and desperate. Either that or
they are just dumb as a rock like Champoo in
Love By Chance. I know we
are in for a lot of angst and
drama in the next few episodes. Hopefully we won’t get an open ending.
I hope Earth gets a happy ending this
time around.

I agree. It felt so
sincere. There
was nothing sexual
about it in my opinion. It was more than that. It
was about mutual
affection and concern for one another. And isn’t
that really what
true love is?

Thank you for that wonderful perspective. My dad was not my biological dad. When I was around five, the year I started kindergarten he legally adopted me. From what I gather just doing that
was enough
for both
sides of the family.
I didn’t even find how I was
adopted
by him until I was an adult. His side of the family
seemed to
just forget
about me
not being
blood related. When he walked me down the
aisle at my
wedding
they were
all there
cheering me on as they had
always done. So I
guess I see
where that
changing of the name carries
great significance to a family.

I was thinking the very same thing. The acting has been top caliber.
I have watched each of these young actors in
other series and it
is so exciting to
see the growth.

This is just so sweet. I feel it captures the challenges
of being young and starting to evolve into the
you that you want to be. I
can’t believe we are almost
at the end.

It’s obvious by the comments that we have some real
literary aficionados here who recognize and
appreciate true art
when they see it.

classify this as a bl.
To do so minimizes its beauty. As I watched
ep 5 it was like
watching a two man play. When it was over I didn’t
want to leave the
theatre. I was literally clapping at
the performance.

Just finished episode 5 and all I can do is just catch my
breathe. This is acting and
writing at its best. Just two
people who exude such
sensual tension with just
a word or simple gesture.
I love how they talk about
lines as it relates to
architecture but knowing
all the time that it’s not
about architecture at all.
It just raises our curiosity
even more. What led the
best friend/father to drink? Were lines crossed
and if so by whom? Will
history repeat itself? What
role did the mother play
years ago and what role
will she play again? She is
very possessive of her
son. Unlike his father will
he have the strength to
fight for his love ? Likewise
will In run away again
or cross the line he dared
not cross years ago? The
coming episodes are sure
to be explosive. I can’t wait.

Whenever I see a female
character like Pink I just
feel like the writer went
brain dead and decided to
take the lazy way out and
throw in an annoying frivolous female. The first
episode was just okay. At
least the cast is cute.

Right now I am having mixed feelings. I think the
series is very intriguing and the actors are doing a great job. Unfortunately
it does remind me of bl
actors who have actually
been involved in similar
situations because of
unscrupulous managers.
I feel bad for the actors.
Hopefully, these issues
are being seriously addressed by the industry.
Stories like this remind me
that this is fiction but the
actors are real people who
have lives to live after the
camera stops rolling. I don’t want to live vicariously at the expense
of anyone’s mental help. I have come to value your
comments. If I’m overthinking this let me know. Take care.

All is well in my world. I got
the ending I wanted. All the pieces were tied up and wrapped in a nice bow. I even got an open acknowledgment of a throuple. That in itself is a
first out of the hundred bls I have watched. In the USA
we love our soap operas. A
heavy dose of cheesiness
mixed with some crazy
incomprehensible storyline and a touch of
skin is what we crave. Most time it makes no sense but for us it doesn’t
have to. We also love our
actors. We may hate the
characters but never the
actors. So this has been
an entertaining journey
for me. I loved the entire
cast, especially Yoon. I look
forward to their next project. This is already on
my watchlist. Now I’m on to Vice Versa, The Eclipse,
Coffee Melody and Oh My
Sunshine Night plus War of Y. Take care.

Just started watching and I love it! Looking forward to how the three of them
finally come together as a real family. I am a sucker
for a good romance. Add a
cute child and that’s it for
me.

I get your point but unfortunately in most relationships I’ve seen it takes a lot of years to achieve that balance that results in a really
stable, loving
relationship. I think it’s even harder in samesex
unions. But if the
love is genuine
the relationship will survive. As far as the cheating
scenario that too
is just so realistic.
Unfortunately
there is always
some thirsty male or female lurking
in the shadows
just waiting to
make his/her
move. Don’t hate
on me. That’s just
my observation from observing
others and having
been in a 50year
relationship with
my own soulmate
who is now deceased.

I agree and as hard as it is to swallow
people say all the right things until
it hits close to home.

Well I am hanging in there and glad I did. I’m on ep 10 now. I think the cast is great. I am really enjoying
each cast member, especially the band members. They each have
their own issues to deal with and that is so fun to watch. I am binge watching. I love the energy and the overall vibe. They are young people in search of
a dream. Reminds me of when I was young. Boy was life a series of hits and misses, ups and downs, missteps and
so many challenges. Looking closely
there are real social issues being addressed…

Just finished ep 4. I haven’t
been this sad since My
Ambulance.
