Yes, don’t people realize this is a business too. There are sponsors and future endorsements involved. Contracts have been signed. There are people on the set whose only job is to be sure the guidelines pertaining to the ratings are being followed. Also, Jeff Satur has been in this business long enough to understand the pitfalls. Just from watching his interactions with Barcode I see him as an astute mentor. In fact the way they all act around Barcode is commendable. I wonder if people really understand that the things they say and do can affect a young person’s mental health. Really, they act as if this young man has no mother or father or any ability to make decisions about his own life. I not only trust his judgement but this is no nickel and dime project. I can’t believe these are young men and women making these comments. If they are from my era they need to go somewhere and get a life.

Yes I agree with you. That’s why I mentioned the female characters in SE and LoveClass. The female characters in Not Me were good too so there have been some movement in the way females are depicted. This is the 21st century and I just cringe when I see females depicted as so needy and desperate.
Because it’s really a short series I am going to stick with it …that said I feel Jin Woo is a coward. If he was tired of the relationship he should have been man enough to say it but in reality he’s like a lot of people. The writers have given us a nice hook…who is this woman you seem to be very familiar with? Who is this child that calls you dad and obviously with your consent? If not with Jin I hope Kang finds love at the end. He deserves someone who will love him unconditionally.
