Haven't read novel, but my understanding it's considerably worse - hard to believe given there's been 3 episodes where Pat hasn't sought any consent from Prem. The man is less predatorial, which for a lesbian series is truly shocking.

This comment is ridiculous. The first 3 episodes have been nothing but Pat SA'ing ,SH'ing, & stalking Prem. It's romanticised abuse, & it's wholly gross.
