Am I the only one frustrated that the female lead cannot make any decision on her own and has no dignity whatsoever! He tells her to get an abortion, she says yes. He decides to keep the baby, she says yes. He talks to her like trash on her first day at their house and gets her to sign the divorce agreement to basically sell her baby and disappear from their lives; AND SHE SAYS YES!! ? And then whenever he does something that’s considered to be somewhat nice, she smiles, thanks him, and thinks of him as a hero.
I watched the Korean version and don’t remember it to be as disturbing as this one. I even remember enjoying it a lot.
But this, it just terrifies me how many people are enjoying it and think it’s cute.
Full of cliches, and not well written. Bad acting especially by female lead. Although, she mastered the boring part. Also, at some point the story keeps dragging on and on with absolutely no real content.
I really don't know whether I like it or not but it is definitely unique. I don't regret watching it but I probably would never want to re-watch it again. I kept waiting for that moment where I'd start to really enjoy it and unfortunately that moment never came. The ending was kind of disappointing, too. I actually wanted to see more of Yo Jung's father.

Loved it! It’s really worth the watch.
