Yeah great observation because I observed that too when I watched both episodes last night. These things do happen when you don't have the same director directing them. Lee Myung Woo who was the director of the season 1 of fiery priest is much more experienced and have great hit dramas under his belt like Punch, Whisper and one ordinary day and he knows the characters of fiery priest more. Bringing in another director won't be able to capture their mannerisms enough or remind them of certain things they did in season 1 five years ago. I honestly think that Go Jun and Eum sook( Jang Ryon ) should have been brought back and the story continued from season 1. Also, I think SBS made a mistake for not hiring back Director Lee Myung Woo to continue the season 2. Park Bo Ram herself said in an interview that she isn't a laughing person and that she's so stingy with laughter that said someone who doesn't really dabble in comic relief it will be a bit tough. I hope things improve but all the same it's not a bad series in terms of the action anyway but I wish Lee Myung Woo will direct his thing.

That is not true. You've got to watch it yourself. It's one of the best comedy and action packed series ever!!!

At least Go Jun and Eum Moon Sook should appear as guests before this season ends. They were both fantastic in season 1 especially Eum Moon Sook. I hope Park Bo Ram's direction matches or be better than that of Director Lee Myung Woo's because Lee Myung Woo was just completely a fantastic director in season 1

Guys I hope Go Jun and Eum Moon Sook(Jang Ryong) are in this. They made season 1 super thrilling and very interesting especially with Jang Ryong with his funny hairstyle, fancy coloured suits and his hip hop girl stuff. I feel pity for those who didn't watch season 1.
