aah you're right I've been witnessing how iqiyi treat their standard dramas like web series and release them just like that without any prior promotions unlike youku and tencent, guess they don't care because they already got enough domestic audience. I think it works the same for Thai dramas have seen most of their dramas available for free streaming.
on other hand, Taiwanese dramas never get licensed on any platforms Ig they don't care about international audience as well. it's just korean industry which try so hard.
yeah actually the specific fandom only wants to believe to what they believe they're self centered. the same applies to female centered dramas as well.
even idk why they director chose to adapt it from the middle that too a backstory, S1 (ch 26-37) could have better off as side story special epsiode (for example: brave citizen) than a 8 lengthy epsiodes.
oh yeah killer paradox had a good color grading and cinematography but drama got tanked but it's understandable for a B-tier webtoon adaptation. The ML of TKP was the weakest and fragile character I've seen in thriller so far.
