Wow! This is such a well written article - it’s like a mini theses. I love it and it really made me think about why I never did fall much for the SL. That said one of the best second leads written was in While You Were Sleeping. Now that is how you crush on someone and then sensibly and intelligently back off when you realize - this is not happening But again - great article. I like the way you think and the way your mind works!
Okay, I might be the only one or one of few with that opinion. But the kiss was wrong.I liked Bbomb's character…
Actually I 100% agree with you. That was 100 shades of wrong and just not chill and not in line with Bhoomb’s character. It’s like he went home for school break and got a personality transplant. Nothing in that made sense.
I love Bhoomb’s acting but I did lose a bit of respect for the character. Forcing a kiss on drunk friend is not cool dude. Matter of fact getting angry with a drunk person is just a waste of energy. This show is growing on me but I’m still quite confused by the many characters and the bad editing
I loved Word of honor so much, heard the ending was open and decided to read the book. I loved the book although I’m sure the translation didn’t do the poetic language justice. To be honest though - I didn’t see the difference in A’Xu, I thought the portrayal was pretty good but then again I was totally enamored by ZZH smile. I would literally squeal when he did flash them pearly whites. I thought the drama was close enough with the book except the ending. While yes they couldn’t have a ‘they loved happily after ending’ due to censorship, the method could have stayed closer to the story line. I guess you cud say I loved both I didn’t watch Guardian coz I just cudnt accept the ending. So maybe I will read that next
You are not the only one. I burst out laughing when he started crying - it’s terrible of me I know but I couldn’t…
To be honest - it’s probably not the age - I’m just clutching at straws to understand why I’m amused by his sadness (about which I feel very guilty by the way). I just cant connect with his character. Is it his deep voice? I don’t know ...
does anyone else have serious troubles connecting with Paper's emotions? can't figure out why... I get where he…
You are not the only one. I burst out laughing when he started crying - it’s terrible of me I know but I couldn’t connect either. Is it because he is a 29 year old acting as an 18 year old? Was it me but did he totally look his age in that first scene? I love Tong and he looks way young for his age but I think the difference is just too much, he doesn’t have the look of a young boy emoting.
While this is sweet and quiet and has good looking actors who are also all very good looking - I find I cannot get invested in their characters. Also some the actors altho very looking actually look too much alike. I actually thought M emailing Near was Paper emailing Near and that’s why he rejected Sky. Also who hit whom with the basketball?
The only thing I didn’t like in this episode is the over reaction from Gene with his father. Give the man a break. He was not shouting or scolding - he just needs time to digest and process and Gene is old enough to know better.
You mean Ep 7? I agree - it didn't delve into either character's emotions in the huge flashback, which left me…
I do understand that Gene was angry at being lied to - I would be too. But the level of tears and anger he went thru wasn’t explained properly - it kinda felt flat.

Totally agree on all points in above posts. I also cudnt understand the ugly crying of Gene after seeing the boring recap of their past interactions in ep 7
Is anyone not already in love with Mork? And can we talk about Neo's legs? I don't remember that from Tonhon Chonlatee,…
I totally agree about Pi and it’s going to be fun watching him change. Esp Phuwin who has turned out to be such a good actor. I can’t believe he is still 17. He has the maturity and professionalism in his acting of someone twice his age. I’m gob smacked at how good he is
I also found this surprisingly good. I mean it was the usual uni setting etc. but the acting was really very good and PI ‘s running commentary of his life and situations he gets into was very funny. There weren’t any cringe moments so far so I will say the story maybe standard but the acting and interpretation is of good quality
