You're not weird. That scene was a huge development for both characters so of course it would be emotional. As…
Exactly. People hate on her and judge her but they don't understand that most of us don't know what to do in situations like these. She's just like us, I believe, better cuz' of how she does everything to protect her sister but we should also Learn from her character that we should know when to draw the line and make sure we treat them just like every human deserves to be treated...
I think Izumi's character is kinda misunderstood. Yes she's kinda controlling and doesn't completely get Yukiko's sentiments. But how could she? How is she supposed to know how does Yukiko feel when she's not the one going through what Yukiko is. But she still tries her best to do whatever she can for her sister. You can clearly see she loves her sister. I don't think that Izumi should stop Yukiko from making her own decisions. But she's a great sister who takes care of her as if she was her mother. We often see their dad going out on trips and stuff, but what social life does Izumi have? It's either her cooking, cleaning or working at the cafรฉ. I wish they both work it out so that both Izumi and Yukiko can live their lives to the fullest. So that, Yukiko doesn't have to spend her entire life without meeting any new people and so that Izumi doesn't spend her entire life taking care of her sister...
I might be weird, but I cried in the scene where Yukiko goes shopping by herself and Izumi just stands there, wanting to help her, getting anxious but stays out, as is she's accepted that her sister grew up. The show is doing an amazing job with emotions. It's so much more than just a rom-com...
Yeah..like i would be in love her as well.. Actually i want her choose noone. Nobody get hurt or in perfect word.…
For me, Mamoru and Yu look cute. Even Imayoshi and her look cute, cuz' they're close as friends. But I have a feeling that I'd feel bad for Sora cuz' of how he's probbly been in love with her since the day she saved him...Uhh...I'll just leave to the writers I guess...๐ ๐
I don't think that Ex Boss is interested in Mamoru...She looks more like a mentor or sister to me...
Honestly, I don't think anyone here really cares about this drama being clichรฉ, cuz' sometimes we just need shows…
Makes sense...you'd be tired watching the same thing if you've been watching dramas for years...Although, even I was wondering if the girl was too short or the guys were too tall...๐
For me it doesn't matter if it's a bl or straight drama, once I have watched so many Japanese dramas I can say…
Honestly, I don't think anyone here really cares about this drama being clichรฉ, cuz' sometimes we just need shows like these that provide us with the comfort we all are looking for considering how hectic life can be sometimes. It's not my first Japanese drama, neither a school drama nor a bl drama, but I still prefer shows like these with clichรฉ characters than shows with bad characters that are romanticized cuz' the actors look good. I think it's "special" cuz' we have a strong, open-minded female character, who despite being shy, isn't afraid to slap her crush for being a jerk.I don't really get what did you mean by them being too tall, is that supposed to be a bad thing?๐ I'm not trying to say you're wrong for not finding this show special, just wanted to share my thoughts...
When i was reading the manga, I thought that there was no way they would be able to capture the charm of the manga. It's impossible to be able to convey the feelings and everything in a way that the manga does. The facial expressions cannot be copied from a drawing and it's not easy to be able to act the way a drawing does. But the entire team is doing a brilliant job. I see Ida in Ren and I know it's Aoki being played by Michieda. Even Hashimoto and Aida look familiar. I'm so grateful that this manga has a live action adaptation, cuz' I can see that even though it's just a show, it's making people smile...
I haven't watched any of the two shows yet. After how much the shows have been hyped, I don't think I'll give them a try any soon...It was still an interesting article to read...
Read the T&C carefully...

I'm not sure how'd that work...๐ ๐
The leads are honestly so cute. But I know I'm gonna feel bad for all the other people in love with Mamoru...
There are so many people in love with Mamoru...I don't know who to root for...๐ ๐
