Shark 2 is an amazing, don't let the bad reviews fool you
Shark 2 is an amazing, fast-paced follow-up to Shark: The Beginning and a solid adaptation of the original webtoon. The action scenes are intense and well-choreographed, and the story is easy to follow while still being emotionally impactful—some moments may even bring you to tears.A lot of the negative reviews seem to be due to poor subtitles on certain drama streaming sites. If you're experiencing this, I highly recommend downloading better subtitles from trusted sources online and adding them to the video manually. Once that's fixed, you're in for a great watch.

Simple and entertaining
I highly recommend this action/thriller movie. The story isn't overly complicated but it's engaging and entertaining.
It follows a young North Korean man who is forced to become a secret agent and carry out the mission his father started in order to secure a better life for himself and his sister. He goes undercover as a high school student in South Korea with a list of people he needs to eliminate. As he navigates his new life, he finds himself torn between protecting a bullied girl in his class and fulfilling his mission.
Enjoy the movie without spoilers.

2 hours and 20 minutes of suspense
I had this movie on my "to watch" list for quite some time, but I finally got around to watching it, and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Initially, I hesitated because I thought it might be too long for a plane hijacking movie, but I was pleasantly surprised by its depth and complexity. The cast, as expected in Korean cinema, delivered stellar performances (Veterans never miss).
The first half of the movie hooks you with its mystery and detective work, while the second half delves into deeper emotional territory, prompting contemplation about how you would handle similar situations.
In summary, I highly recommend it; it's truly worth every minute.
