omg yes!! that’s actually one thing I love about this drama, it’s seeing him break free from his mom, and I understand his mom’s POV, she lost a son too so she’s trying to protect but for him she’s just suffocating him and not letting him live his own life

I don't think the miscarriage was the sole reason their marriage fell apart, it might be part of the reason but not the whole reason. Usually a divorce doesn't just stem from one reason alone and the same is true for this drama, I think for the ML and FL it is a combination of the in-laws, miscommunication, losing a baby, and giving up on each other.
