I was so excited when I heard that Jo In Sung is doing a new drama and of course I would watch it no matter of the genre because I simply love him. But when I read the script, when I read who is going to be a female lead, who are the supporting characters, then I was 100 % sure that this drama will be my favourite in this 2014 year. And I wasn't wrong. As first thing I would like to say that the story is outstanding. Why? Well because of its unique point of view, because of the different kind of angle and because of a deep psychological aspect. Without that, without that deepness and issues of a mental disorder you would have one ordinary drama with some couple who is in love or in a fight or in a friend-love relationship with some side characters who are there to make a drama little bit funny and that's it. And you have too many dramas like that. Especially this year. But this one no. This drama succeed to make you striving for more, never stop being interesting in what's going to happen next, never gave you that feeling of boredom when you're more and more close to the end of a drama. This one stayed interesting until the last second. And with all those emotions it just leaves you like that and you wonder what next? In the beginning heartwarming, funny, sarcastic, then became more and more deep, heartbreaking and serious and then totally became so emotional and broke your heart into million peaces with all those scenes full of love, tears and sadness but all the way, through the whole drama it never stopped being on of the most intelligent dramas ever. I've truly and fully enjoyed in the conversations between the main couple as first, their constant arguments and witty questions and answers, then I've started to enjoy in the conversations between the roommates and in the end I actually found myself enjoying in every single conversation and happening in drama. The acting was brilliant to the point that at some times I really thought that they were all crazy. Jo In Sung and Gong Hyo Jin had the most natural, mature and beautiful chemistry, I so rarely see that kind of chemistry between the leads and they were incredible. I loved them before and I love them even more now. With all that hugging, random kisses, spontaneous touching, wonderful. Not to mention side characters, especially Sung Dong Il and Lee Kwang Soo, they made me laugh all the time, even in the most heartbreaking scenes with ocean of tears they made me happy and positive. But definitely the best one was In Sung, how he portrayed his character, it was amazing to watch him and his friend Han Kang Woo. Pure 10 for that acting of his. Also Do Kyung Soo as Kang Woo was great. There wasn't not single character I hated or that someone was annoying, irritating or stupid, such a rare thing to see now days in Korean dramas. Music was perfect, I liked all the songs, maybe that song "Ship and the globe"" from Kae Sun was the most beautiful for me because it reminded me of two of them in their happy and positive state. Anyway OST is really good and it fitted great with every song played in certain scenes. I would easily say that this is the best drama of this year, well one of the little few of them which didn't disappoint me at all and remain true to the original story and development to the end. Full of happiness, sweetness, sadness, deepness, psychological and mental issues, serious and tough conversations, situations and with so many various and different characters and people who in the end found to be similar and close to each other finding true love, friendship, family and connection for a lifetime. Definitely worth watching at least for its refreshingness, originality and difference from any other drama ever seen.
