I just binged this show over 3 days. I have to say all the episodes were enjoyable except the ending. Did they have to break up ? I mean Ko Yurim and her BF survived a long distance separation. In terms of NDH & BYJ things were going smoothly until the mom brought up the loneliness and apologetic part. That’s when things took a downturn for both of them. NDH’s character wasn’t allowed to grow consideration towards others feelings. She didn’t understand that he didn’t want to pass on Post Traumatic Disorder to her from the 911 stories he was interviewing and broadcasting. Both of them lacked patience in their relationship so they decided to end it. Anyway it had many happy moments, This drama is watchable and enjoyable just fast forward the last 2 episodes. Also, to the people saying the present daughter’s scenes are irrelevant and unnecessary. I think the idea behind those scenes were to encourage the Youth today to try out different hobbies and not give up. I personally have given up on many competitions, friendships, majors and so many other things because I was always afraid of losing. 😔😔

Seems pretty doable by the writer. I dont think we are going to see a wedding.

I really wanted DanDan to get an amnesia after the accident. This would really help her move on or give YG one last chance to pursue her the right way. I honestly thought this show would be about YG & DD facing issues of an odd couple. However, its been 47 epsidoes and they are still at will they wont they date stage. I hope the ending is a good one.

She will make YG realise he cannot be anyone else. Typical ending to a Kdrama these days

YG finally takes a firm decision and announces to everyone about his intention to get married only to find ChoSara reenter his life. How many more times do we have to go through this? Please understand that today's audiences aren't interested in toxic abusive nonsense. We want the leads to develop their feelings strongly and begin the next phase of their lives.
Why can't you show us DD's diffculties in raising the kids after she becomes their mom post marriage. They see her as a tutor now, when she finally takes the official role as their mom, they will come to her with a different level of issues and concerns.
Develop DD's relationship with the kids. Why can't we have an episode seeing JaeNi and DanDan bond over similarities. A girl's day out if you will. SeChan's interested in music. Let him narrate a song to DD. SeJong loves games, why can't we see DD plan blanket forts or scavenger hunts for him to enjoy. She is their tutor, why can't we have an episode where she is showing the kids how to memorise faster, solve maths easily and reduce nerves during exams. Please do something meaningful with the final 10 episodes instead of these pregnancies, breakups, amnesia and suicides.

DD is also an undergradute. Why can't YG give her a small project in FT group and bond with her during the planning process of this activity? If she is to become his wife, she should be allowed to make decisions regarding the business. YG disagrees with DD about a business plan. This is a subplot that needs expansion instead of continually forcing ChoSara on us.

The age gap is a major issue right? Well show us some problems that the couple may face due to cultural, technological and time related differences.

I actually sympathise with Wang. Why can't you let Wang calm down and allow her to build a friendly relation with YG, DD and kids. She is a grandmom, can't she take the kids to a park and generally talk to them? Why don't you allow her to speak rationally with YG and come to a permanent solution regarding shares.

I totally agree with everything you have said. We as an audience take out an hour and a half each time from our weekends to watch this show. We deserve better. I remember that around episodes 18 - 20 YLG was rated 10/10 on kisskh. It was the most viewed and always landed the top spot on National Viewership. I honestly do not appreciate the amnesia plots. The usual antics of ChoSara & Wang are tollerable up to a point. However, allowing ChoSara's character so much importance and power to continually exert herself into YG's life is depressing to watch. I feel the writer wants us to empathise with ChoSara. Why should we though, as it is clear she always take the worst decisions at every point in time. She called ChaGun poor, isn't she freeloading an apartment from DD's aunt? Does the writer want young women to fall for chairmen? If they aren't attainable we should force ourselves onto them. Honestly, what is the deal between ChoSara's actress and the studio? Why is she seriously getting more screentime / impactful scenes in the show when clearly she is just a support cast member not even a confirmed second lead. A battle between DD & Her professor for YG's love is more enjoyable to watch than this filth currently being forced onto our screens.

So sorry everyone for the confusion due to my incorrect vocabulary. My initial question was why doesnt SeRyeon look after Wang herself. Keep her in her apartment. I like Se Chan more than Se Jong. I find the elder brother to have more manners. The younger kid is a little spoilt from all the attention he gets and the constant brain washing from Sara about him being the next Chairman. Plus it’s mostly Se Chan’s hard work that both of the leads are together now.

Haha, same here. I binged get watched the first few episodes until I reached the live telecast. Really hated the 12 episode amnesia plot. Now don’t know what they are going to do for the last 12 episodes. SMH. I mean they both are adults and don’t need permission from parents. Why doesn’t the step sister take care of her step mom ? I want a prologue episode that shows how YG’s dad hurt his real mom with Wang & how she passed away. If she told YG about any last wishes. This will be more interesting to watch than Sara Wang, Sara’s mom and the other not so necessary side characters.
