oh wow, it looks like this was really shot at Wudang, a UNESCO heritage site:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HbxIduacogo&t=17shttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iW66nTkM44U
I can't help wondering as I'm watching this if Liang Yusheng wasn't trying to do a parody of Jin Yong. The show makes more sense when I think of it that way.
It's okay. I'm always hankering for more classic wuxia stories but while the cinematography and martial arts choreography are pretty good, it feels like I'm watching a B movie here. The writer seems to have plundered the Condor Trilogy for ideas. I wish someone would do a decent adaptation of Ping Zong Xia Ying Lu instead.
A grey character is a character that is not 100% bad nor 100% good. They are in between.Lee Dong Shik and Han…
I felt the same about Flower of Evil. It started off well... had a lot of potential. But it went madly makjang. Lee Joon-gi was the saving grace. I feel the same thing about Mouse incidentally.
This is actually a really fine drama. I don't know why I listened to naysayers and put this off. It's really up my alley. I finished it in about 2 days. And rewatched it. If anyone is interested in what I have to say about it, look under the spoiler tags.
Frankly it's a better far more consistent show than Flower of Evil. And there are plenty of gray characters.
Well, what do you mean by gray? It feels like we're talking at cross-purposes here. What do you mean by "good"? Give us some examples. It's important that we're on the same page with the terms.
I wish someone would do a decent adaptation of Ping Zong Xia Ying Lu instead.
Oh wow... U-Data... is just unbelievable.
