I’ve concluded that Shin Hye Sun being on the cast almost always guarantees a drama.

Just watch the show, you will love it if you like romance and happy endings. The unavoidable ““Kdrama breakup”” happens in a blink of the eye.
Also watch the Japanese version on Prime Video, but avoid the Filipino version.
Have already said just watch it???
Disclaimer, if you dislike good old fashioned dramas that can be enjoyed cuddled up with your loved one in front of crackling fireplace then you might not like it.

If you like watching paint dry this is the show for you, IGNORE THE HIGH RATING!!! and run for the chopper.
The performances illicit no emotion, the male lead character is split between to actors. The show is awash with apathy.

I kinda think the male lead phoned it in, I wasn’t getting anything from him.

I still put it up there as a gold standard for Kdramas, not perfect but close.
No lost memories, no hidden births, crazy inlaws etc.. Just a little stumbling at the finish line.

Sounds like the title is a “double entendre” FL was a castaway, later her idol was castaway by the public.

The set for the drama was a big tourist attraction in Seoul, you can still visit the spot where the ML first levitated the FL.
Definitely one of the most popular KDramas worldwide.

Sounds like it’s made for older unmarried women and strong independent modern females who are firmly plugged into the matrix, I guess I’ll skip it.

This show has hands down the best OST song off all time. The song alone adds 3 points to the show.

If you go over and read the male-lead’s bio you’ll understand why this show is quite literally a joke/mess etc..

Is it just me? The male leads acting and lines make me think this show is actually a prank being played on viewers, I’m out I’ll just rewatch “Perfect Marriage Revenge” for the 3rd time.

It will be a shame if Kim Sa Rang’s career fizzles out with this drama, from winning Miss Korea to ending with this??? She must have done something wrong in her past life.
Such a beauty and screen presence but average acting skills, she probably feel into same trap a lot of beautiful women fall into, another wasted potential.
