"Hidden Identity Storyline" done right. I almost didn't watch this because I avoid the hidden identity/misunderstanding dramas like the plaque, but Zhang Shan Shan delivers again with her big personality and great comedic timing. The genius of Verticals is storyline are reused and reinterpreted over and over again that you a bound to find one you like, I have tried numerous times to watch this storyline, but invariably end up dropping it.
Sun Qianxun always brings a smile to my face. But it was Ruined because they should have focused on the ML & FL like in the original, they had to add drugging, green-tea and kidnapping.
Really, really, really slow burn mild romance, if you like that sort of thing. ML seemed to be sleepwalking the majority of the drama, not sure why, maybe be he had back to back drama shoots?? If the leads where not good looking it would have been more of a drag. It was 1 hour and some change, but felt like 2 plus hours.
