I too was a bit confused there. I think they were just confusing the audience. Also if you look it from other side besides the main protagonist also seeing the murderer; she almost had the flashback of every murder whereas the other people who were killed only had memories of their own murder.
Still I love the ending, it was too unexpected. I usually see these reincarnation movies they usually have these revenge type endings or imagine here the protagonist trying to solve the murder case which took place years ago.
Nope,but in this case they turned this whole idea of reincarnation as a vessel of memories and talking about pastlife or afterlife which I feel is worth appreciating!!!

I completely enjoyed this drama...manga people may have problem with this...but even i have read the manga...i really liked the way it was executed...very sweet and loving drama...Hokuto ,Chiwa,her father,Souma,Misaki some of the characters i really liked and enjoyed...8/10 for me!!!

I rated this 9/10...the earlier two I rated 10/10...The movie was great but seemed a bit rushed up...seems we all had too high expectations after the second movie's end...still I have not followed manga and anime part of this...so cannot really comment on its flaws...Yet this franchise was really beautiful and one of the finest franchise of live action movies...LOVE FOR RURONI KENSHIN AND WHOLE CAST FOR EXCELLENT ACTING!!!

I am a part of MDL and i love watching anime,Japanese movies and dramas,reading manga,listening J-pop music....
I am not interested in Korean drams and stuff coz I prefer Japanese stuff over it...Just my personal preference.
But I do respect Korean,Taiwanese or any other adaptations....
It is quite shocking to see so many Bollywood movies are inspired from Korean drama and movies....even I was not aware of it...Thanks for the article
