because it wasn't really "dark" nor it was its intention, it was really a melodrama at its core and the internal…
There are murders. The beginning starts off a bit slow because they haven't divulged a lot of the main focus yet. It gets more exciting once you're a few episodes in and they start laying down the suspense. Personally, I really liked it and thought it was binge worthy.
