Wow 5 episodes later, I actually LOVE the FL. I actually didn’t like her in the first episode but over the 5 episodes, she has truly won me over. I’m glad I didn’t drop this after the first episode, it really just got so much better. Also, just to add, I’m in love with the ML & his brother. The relationship is so pure & when the ML was talking about him to the FL, I teared up. I wish I didn’t watch this before all the episodes were out, I HATE waiting for episodes.
I might have to disagree about wht you think of the female lead, her character have Anti Social Personality Disorder…
“you made it seem like that because SYJ was doing perfect acting this role” I’m really sorry to burst your bubble, but she isn’t according to me. She’s literally portraying the character the same way IU portrayed hers in HDL. However, IU didn’t have the mental illness & luckily,IU was not cringe. Secondly, that’s my OPINION, I don’t have to think in much or little, I can literally write an opinion judging on the portrayal of the character. It was not cool of you to go personal & say “If you find mental illness cringe.. then yeah” just because I don’t share the same view as you. It leaves a bad taste & shows immaturity to accept another persons views. Anyways, I’ll leave it at that.

The ratings dropped & tbh I can see why. I thought I was the only one who thought the first episode was a drag & bore. I found myself skipping all the parts that didn’t have KSH. The second episode was MUCH better but still the drama is kind of slow & the whole mysterious / dark theme portrayed by the FL is kind of cringe. I was literally cringing whilst watching the FL act at times.
I love the relationship between the ML & the brother, it’s so pure. I hope they pick up the pace & perhaps tone down on the FL. I do think it will get better though once the main characters actually get used to one another.
I would say yes. But it does depend on what you prefer, if you like light-hearted comedy which will be worth the hour, I’d say go for it. If you’re looking for something that’s going to keep you on your toes & teach you some new life-lessons, then this is not the one. However, I personally think the controversy around it is over-board & I’m actually enjoying the drama.
I’m liking this so far! The visuals & acting is AMAZING so far. I can’t stop staring at the FL because she is so pretty! JCW is amazing at the portrayal of an dopey man. I’ve seen it getting compared to “Psycho but it’s okay” & in my opinion, this one is more interesting to watch, that drama is over-doing the whole mysterious theme.
The comment section is HILARIOUS because I bet half the people commenting would have gone gaga over goblin. I don’t understand why people don’t just drop the drama if they don’t like it? Why are the same people commenting on each episode? Lmao
It was a good first episode. They both are so good looking & I can feel the chemistry is there. I enjoyed it, let’s hope it just keeps getting g better.

Why is it about the British Monarchy that you love? Just wondering because I can tell you confidently that what the media portrays of the Monarchy is far off. The whole thing is corruption, with the murder of princess Diana, bullying of Meghan Markle, the new exposure to links to child trafficking & so much more. The British Monarchy is blessed because the British media are too busy scrutinising immigrants/ethnic minorities. Idk why I typed a paragraph but uno, it annoys me how the media has portrayed these people like they’re actually some royalty to mankind.

LMH may have been the focus but even he could not save this from being a snooze fest. LMH failed to generate chemistry with the lead & unfortunately, for me as an actor, he failed his job. I've watched nearly all of his dramas & I never thought I’d say this.
This drama had so much potential but the storyline & chemistry of leads just messed it up.
Who on earth thought this pairing would work?! Leads have 0 chemistry & unfortunately a neck couldn't make up for the lack of chemistry b/w the leads. Surprisingly, I have watched nearly 80% of LMH's dramas & I've never quit but this one was shocking. The only saving grace is Woo Doo Hwan. He was amazing!!
I found this lakorn as a coincidence due to the FB group TH047 accepting my request for another lakorn.
Boy is this lakorn good!! It is hardly EVER boring, I usually skip 60% of lakorns due to unnecessary scenes but literally 99% of the scenes in this drama are fun to watch. I never thought Namtarn’s acting skills had so much potential. The period couple are cute, I find it adorable as to how he thinks everything she does is cute. Subtle romance, but good plot. It’ll be something you’d enjoy.
I love the relation between V & Park Seo Joon, he died for him - He definitely wasn’t a coward. The cast was amazing
