Yes exactly I feel the same about the show. Tbh it should have been a tragic ending. I love a happily ever after as much as anyone else but for some shows it needs a tragic one. Idk this happily ever after felt so forced to me. But in a way I saw a theory that you could think of the last episode as both of them dying. The scene where cai zhoa flies off with the eagle and her brother is crying also the part where everyone is gathered and crying outside cai zhoa and mu qinyans old room in the sect. It was an odd scene that didn't fit and no one talks about idk why but we can assume that cai zhoa ran off with my qingyan to hanhai mountains and they both died. And that scene of her brother and the rest of her friends and family crying are because they received news of their death. The rest of the episode is just like a glimpse of their after life and what could have been if they lived etc. Which makes the overly perfect and odd sweetness of the scenes after make sense. Since it isn't real which tbh was the vibe I was getting from the rest of the episode.
