This drama could have been better for it's first two episodes, but wtpr was terrible. Nothing can compare to how terrible it is. The first two episodes were good, but the last 10 were just awful. Seriously, I don't get how that many people can love it.

In Newtopia (I'm saying this as a Jisoo ult) I think they purposely made her do those funny faces, because it was somewhat a comedy. I think Jisoo isn't a bad actress, and I hate when critics try to judge only based on Newtopia, where they didn't even let her shine.
I need something to be explained to me ASAP 😭. So, we know Le-chan (the boy's father) liked Choi Segyung in the past. Later on, he falls in love with Yoon Cheong-ha, and Eun-gyeol falls in love with Choi Se-gyung. My question is: How is Choi Segyung the same in 1995 and in 2023?!

I personally love it! But it's different from squid game and alice in borderland. In sg and aib people die a lot. Here, most survive. I think they call it "boring" because only one person dies.
As a romance watcher, I'm really looking forward to getting into more thrillers. I've already started with The 8 show, I hope this doesn't disappoint! The main reason I'm gonna watch this is Kim Yoo-jung. I've watched My Demon (my first and favorite k-drama), but I've been disappointed of Backstreet rookie. The trailer looks very promising!
A long time ago, I created a whisper on pinterest asking what are some overrated kdramas. Two people pointed out this one... and I will say, this is VERY UNDERRATED. I'm sorry to every Squid Game fan reading this, but I like the idea of this show better. I'm only on ep 3, and I feel sad, because I'm watching this with a friend and I need to wait for her (she's only on ep 1) If I had the chance, I'd binge watch!!! 100% recommend! But I don't think they're gonna make another season. Netflix has labeled this a limited series, but also, the 8 show has A LOT of haters... Many people keep saying it's 'bad' for it's genre. That's why dramas like Alice in Borderland and Squid game prove one thing right: The tv-show/movie is more interesting if people die. Which is pretty messed up if you think about it! In the 8 show, only F1 sadly died. F8 isn't THAT bad in my opinion. She can be very annoying at times, but she for sure isn't the worst kdrama character out there. I'll probably write a comment on this drama when I finish it or when I'm in the middle of it! I love this SO MUCH!!! I have a strong feeling I might cry over F1 though...
I watched it, tbh not bad the story is pretty good and the songs were fire but it infuriates me how they think HUNTR/X or Saja Boys are ACTUAL real idols... 😭 I know they're fictional, but I saw an Instagram post where they were ranking most beautiful kpop idols and Rumi was in it... I didn't like that. This movie is very good but it gets annoying to only hear and have the same songs/topics on your fyp for so long.
So, I know I said I want a season 2, but... I don't really... think it's gonna work. The thing that bothers me is that this had potential to be a 16 episode kdrama and to not leave so many things unfinished, but they still probably worked really hard on these 12 eps. Also, what happens with Hash? Who does Seok-hoon marry/get as a roommate to be granted custody?I would be over the moon for a second season but I still think it would have been better if there were just more eps.
