Yes HQ has been given a chance to right her wrongs. Looks like in the past Lord also liked MY, she was also liked by the guy who is trying to get the secret formula. So in a different story she would be the main lead at that time. There seems to be no guard in the past. The guard is a mystery. I think FL changing her personality a bit has made Lord like her, he was suspicious of her to start and has grown to like the new her.

My understanding she is trying change the demise of her and her family. She was given a chance to right her wrongs. Drama starts off with us seeing her and her family being killed for all they did. The framing of the Mu family led, sucide of the framed person which led to the daughter wanting revenge. She had also lied to the husband about being the kid he met at the temple and given the pendent, also drugged him to marry him. Too bad she didn’t go far back enough in time, so now she has to try to correct her wrongs before her whole family get caught out and punished. She has started by trying to divorce her husband he can be with who he was supposed to be and also this time round Mu Yao’s father didn’t unalive himself . The synopsis is not accurate, there is an assertion in the drama though that 3 males were into the Mu Yao that’s why the say about she was the main lead and FL a supporting lead.

Agree it is normal to prefer one over the other. I like both, its nice to see strong women. I don't agree with one is more clever than the other, they have different skills and ways. YWS could have died day one as she could have exposed her skill level since he is such a good fighter it was a set a trap to see who would expose themselves. Not only that day but when she sneaked out and SGQ stopped the guards from searching for her and made up the story about the rash which was a good cover story, she didn't know what to do until SGQ made up that story and she drank the poison. She is clever and good for her to own it, nothing wrong with that.

FL might have died first day if SGQ didn't stop her. I don't quite understand yet what is happening with the wax an poison thing, I wonder if SGQ stealing the poison might help FL will see tomorrow. I think the story in general is interesting thanks to SGQ character. They also both worked out they have to hate each other to get trust from brothers.YWS is also the one latching on they are both latching on, YWS is the one who used to go to SGQ's room the most. Again its not a competition for me, I like both FLs equally and the story is so much better for it to have this morally grey character they both have to survive or be killed. They both have something to bring to the table that's different and unique to them. Loving it.

SGQ also stopped FL from fighting once before and one assassin got caught instead of two. SGQ had already figured out they are “on the same side ish”.
