I haven't watched the ending of that one yet. To be honest, Journey of Chong Zi has been pretty disappointing. I think they did a bad job with the script. The book seems really good though, I enjoy reading the comments from novel readers.

The misunderstandings are so annoying. Hopefully script writers can learn from TSL. I was so afraid the fairy cousin was going to cause misunderstandings, glad that didn't happen.

I like how the human emperor gave Yetan his blessing, didn't try to stop her, and did the sensible thing of staying in Void to stay safe so she wasn't worried about him. Realized one of the reasons I love this drama is the characters are actually sensible. Usually they would have got the father to try to stop her or go and be a burden. Even Empress's reaction to HE was pretty sensible. So many examples I could list.

All Xianxia dramas are like that lol

Ever since someone mentioned to me they would have similar dynamic to that in The Romance of Tiger and Rose. Would be interesting to see them together in a different drama with a dark badass script.

Loved that scene in the Void throne room, where there were all those guards between them and the Void Tyrant and then there wasn't. No mercy what so ever.

So cool how CF was expecting YT to show up. He was like, "Finally, you are here". Almost sounded like you are late girl lol....He knew it, no way Yetan would rest until she avenged her sister.

I guess Yetan’s, playing chess with her dad and QK hallucination came true. I am happy for her even though I have mixed feelings about the dad.

Same, he could have done something. Even the bare minimum of making sure she had food everyday. So sad how he knew actually knew in detail what they were doing to her and he did nothing.
Only consolation is she is much happier, knowing he loved her.
