That ending was hella confusing! Did he or didn't he?... want more clarity on that! For me (who LOVED Jong Bum/Ji…
BUT, the big question is... did he actually survive that surgery and end up with Sa Bin? or what that just an illusion they showed us b/c right after they showed us this weird scene in the hospital in the ICU "clean" area where Sa Bin ends up crying... was it tears of sadness b/c he passed away/didn't survive the surgery or tears of joy b/c he DID survive the surgery, hence what we saw in the bookstore at the end was real? I want it to be real but I'm confused!

For me (who LOVED Jong Bum/Ji Chul throughout the entire drama), this drama is worth watching for this character alone, if it wasn't for him I wouldn't have even of started the drama to be honest.
I don't know if I'm the only one feeling this way, but I like Gong Ji Chul/Chun Jong Bum WAY more than the detective/prosecutor who in my mind is very judgemental, rude, biased and set on setting up a person for murders they may or may not have committed, just b/c he hates them and wants them put away. (he irritates me). Whether or not Ji Chul/Jong Bum is actually a serial killer or not, I still like him better lol. I'd prefer to see the girl end up alone or if by chance the guy I like isn't as bad as they like to make him seem, end up with him instead lol - but that's just my opinion. If the other dude wasn't so biased and framing things on people then he'd be "ok" but I hate that aspect about him.
I'm really glad with the plot change about halfway in. I mean don't get me wrong I love Tae Rang and he's got to be one of the best guys on the planet who deserves a lot of loving. But I had a serious soft soft heart for Jin U, yes he did something he never should have done and something that almost destroyed his relationship with Seol Ah, and honestly the directors producers could have went either way with the plot and it would have been good, but if they had kept Jin U the way he was during this drama it would have broken my heart to see him alone - even if it was his fault. I loved that married couple and I loved Jin U's actions, he was just so adorable - I guess adorable and silly antics win me over lol - but it's really good to see a fallen marriage be able to develop all over again, so I'm really grateful to the producers of this drama for that. I honestly would have preferred Seol Ah and Jin U at the very end rather than Cheong Ah though. Seriously I lived this drama for the Seol-Jin couple ^_^ If I ever re-watch by myself, I will be skip watching only Seol Ah scenes and Jin U scenes ^^
The whole cast is brilliant so much so I even like the fiancee with resting bitch face because of her I learnt…
Well, I mentioned them just to let u know that she doesn't always have a resting bitch face. She is actually quite pleasant in most of her roles. Regardless if she's one you follow or not.
