It's like denying yourself, trust me, I feel like some people did this as they are hurt and myself, I don't know if I have met the real love but I have so many crush and it's always one sided love that, I don't know if anyone will like me so maybe I'll or I'm shut down and even though, I might have feelings for someone one day, I'll be scared to confess and being hurt.
But after all, it's true, I'm not both of them but they have the experience of being in a relationship.
I agree with you that the fact, pat feels not worthy but it's also because I think, it's the problem that Jeng is his boss, hierarchy is still important.
But maybe, Pat is going to be better, to manage himself to be more mature thansks to Jeng.
In my opinion, The way Pat is acting seems a bit contradictory with what he thinks. He thinks of rules and morality but the way I see is how he behaves in front Khun Jeng is like polite but friendlier and even a bit more so I was also thinking or maybe to hope like Khun Jeng that Pat has the same feelings. I also think that ok, Pat didn't want to be hurt so maybe he shut down his heart and the only man he knows and feel maybe like a dejavu and he chose was his ex but it's not working anymore. My other question is, do all the boss are trying to spend time alone with you? Do they look at you and say "Do you like it?" (I know it was about the chair but still) Do they invite you in their own condo and let you meet a member of their family ? Do a boss take you home after being drunk and in his own home while he could pay a hotel room or something else. And also, do they introduce you in front of their parents? He also gave excuses for the 1+1 for the japanese food like, why he didn't share with his brother or his friend, Tae? Khun Jeng, clearly did all these things, not only to be nice with Pat but it's a behavior of a man being interested in another man but not as a boss.
