omg thanks to a youtuber, he explains that maybe there are two dfferent naga / Wansarut and it does make sense. Maybe it's just me who just discover recently. Because, when the young Phaya was being called, I assume it's the black naga and it's the same whodisguises as Wansarut but it's just an illusion (in episode 2 or 3, when Phaya was out at night and he clearly was almost drowned. Because if it's the true Wansarut, she won't harm Phaya, the true one was when she saved him by telling him the way and the one in the dream at the episode 5.
