I've seen 4 episodes by now. Not bad but not the wow factor I was expecting with all the hype its gotten. Does it get better or is this the level it'll be on?
Predictable at times and some plot holes, but damn I really liked this one. I was totally hooked. The beginning being the strongest part. Wished there were more scenes and mysteries to be solved together with our main leads as that was the highlight of the show. Kim Nam Gil and Kim Young Kwang were really good in this one, both acting and action, not to mention super good looking. Too bad about the ending not quite living up to beginning but it was fine enough. Anyway highly recommend if you like action and social commentary.
wait actually like i just realizeddoes your type (omega\beta\alpha\enigma) means you got like for example A blood…
Yes, your bloodtype is what determines what gender you are. That’s why most are betas, since type B was the group with highest survival rate. A and 0 both had a high mortality rate but some survived and became alphas and omegas, a small amount of the population. Type AB all died and practically all other rare bloodtypes was the same. We get to know that Hua Yong is bloodtype E, which is why he's an enigma. A bloodtype that isnt supposed to exist, just like his gender.
Congrats to Cravity they deserve this win 100%, I know a lot think it's predict no surprise but they prove they…
It's always interesting how people can have such difference in opinion. As someone who watched the show only knowing Oneus I went in completely blind to the other groups. Like Cravity, sure they were one of the groups that deserved to win as they did have some of the best stages (except Overdose I'm sorry). But I think being too similar in skill level can be damaging too. Like none of them really stood out to me in the performances. There's no individuality. I only remember the members who were aces because the show gave them extra screen time. For me when it comes to liking kpop groups (other than having good songs of course) I like having one or two members that stand out which makes me interested in learning more. Of course the rest need to be up to par as well so the perfomance doesn’t get sloppy. If they all feel like just one entity and there's no individuals to be engaged with, that makes me at most listen to them casually but not anything more. Obviously I'm the minority seeing how Cravity won but its always interesting seeing different values people have.
Wow the bias mnet has towards Cravity, its not even fun. How did they beat both Younite and Oneus in the team battle? I knew they manipulated results in the past survival shows, but this obvious? It makes me so turned off from watching the finale. Also, sad to see Tempest go. As so many people have said before, the eliminations shouldn't have ever been a part of this.
I'm really liking this show. Sure, there are plotholes and it's being really unrealistic sometimes, but it got heart. Not to mention YinWar's crazy chemistry and absolutely brilliant acting. I can watch War and his amazing facial expressions for hours. I don't mind the slow burn, but I'd be lying if i said I'm not excited for when they finally kiss. Until then I'll make due with forehead touches and cuddling. Really need this silly show when reality is so bleak.
i think it was less about evil editing and more about how they saw Cravity's ace as someone on the same level…
Leedo is known in the fandom to be very selfless and always putting the members before himself. Most likely he wanted Hwanwoong to get the benefit to increase the odds of him winning and keeping his top spot and reputation. Afterall, all of Oneus knows the pressure Hwanwoong is under and all the hard work he puts in to keep up to the name Ace.
This episode made me realize why I am a fan of Oneus and not anyone else here. It's because I don't really like any of the other groups songs (personal opinion, you can't change my mind). They all put out incredible performances, but in the end, if I don't like the song itself it doesn’t matter how talented the person or group is, I'm still not gonna like or stan them. In the end they are artists and songs is what they sell, if I don't like it then it doesn't matter how talented or hardworking or goodlooking the person behind it is. Guess I'm not really the target audience for this type of show lol
Sorry but how is anyone going to top Hwanwoong's ace performance in ep 3? Like I'm not sure even Hwanwoong can top that perfomance. It was magnificent and practically anything is going to look like a downgrade. It was pure art.
Just needed to get this off my chest but twitter is such a toxic place right now I can't.
I'm a recent fan, just discovered the show in November but I really liked it. I knew about Build's last scandal but people can change and I hadn't heard anything more since so I thought no more of it. Fast forward to the 4 minutes announcement and I was so excited for it since I really thought BBB have great chemistry. But just a few days later and all this new excitement just crashed and burned. All these accusations are so hard to read about and digest. If all of this is true I'm going to be even more sick. And they shouldn't even have been posted on social media like this, just go directly to the police with it.
What makes the whole thing even worse personally is that emotionally I want to believe him but logically I can never condone these actions, no matter who the other person is. No one deserves to get abused. Honestly both of them are probably horribly toxic, no smoke without fire after all.
It doesn't help either that the company thought of the idiotic idea of making a livestream of the whole thing, just bench Build until the lawsuit is finished. No matter the outcome of the stream I'm going to question it's authenticity. Whether Poi has been forced to fold or just dumping Build without a proper investigation, who is gonna believe it? Or the most probable outcome, both say they are right and we don't get any closer to the truth.
Sigh, the disappointment I feel over my reaction and over this whole scandal.
