...meanwhile you forgot to mention that "Good Partner" is at 16.3 % (!!!) :-)
Good Partner is not a cable drama but an SBS production. They(SBS dramas) are usually less popular than Cable dramas in weekend time slots. People mostly compare Cable dramas with each other. KBS2 dramas are mostly soaps and they have a wider ajhumma audience in comparison to SBS dramas(which have similar production value and creativity with cable dramas). Good Partner definitely hit it out of the park with 16+ viewership but KBS2 has soaps that are outperforming Good Partner with 17 - 20 viewership. These soaps aren't necessarily better in quality but they have a loyal audience. Still, Good Partner is a big win for SBS because they rarely get 16+ rating while competing with Cable dramas and soaps on weekends.
