Did y'all watch the making for ep 9 & 10? Because in that vid, DS literally spoiled us the ending but the crew…
But it's not logical ? We saw a lot of moments with DS's internal thoughts when he thinks he is a murderer and if that is the case why he didn't stop IW to kill more people ?? I think the actor was referring to the first scene we saw at episode 1 when DS is arrested -the " flashforward "-( by the way I think it will be soon in the next episodes ) because it is clear it is a big trap for the serial killer I can't imagine him saying " I'm not crazy, I'm a psychopath " without tempting IW to reveal his identity...
And IW would bé really dumb if he writes his name on the diary lol but that would been an amazing twist but I hope they have good explanation for DS's behaviors then because there is a lot of plothole if that is the case... One of the twist I hope will happen is the fact DS didn't killed the détective and it was IW who killed him when they were both unconscious, again his death seem too fishy.
I really didn't expect Dong Shik to ever kill someone whether it be on purpose or by accident, this show is just…
I don't want to believe DS killed someone there is still a chance the detective and DS was unconscious after they fall and that SIW uses this opportunity to kill the detective and make DS believes it was his doing... 3 things make me think that : 1. There was a camera watching the stairs ( we can see it when DS didn't come by the entrance ) 2. Somehow it feels strange to not see SIW's réactions because he loves to control things so I'm sure he was watching. 3. And with DS's luck I can't picture him ending like a murderer... + I find it strange how thé detective was straight dead and how DS doens't seem like he drinks alcoohol ( because Time passed but we feel like it was a short moment ) I think there will be a flashback later or perhaps the cameras will be the key
Im legit only there for murderous Sung Hoon. Nothing against Shi Yoon i just don't think this role is for him.
That's funny because I read the opposite elsewhere ( sung hoon not fitting his role and Shi yoon seems more psychopath than the real one sometimes ) ^=^ In my opinion both are great and their characters suit them well !
Honestly, I wish Mi Joo would just be forward and ask him out, or have her colleague try to set them up because…
Yeah you bet he will ends up ( or at least have romantic feeling )toward Bo Kyung when he have a cute lady at work and a hot serial killer after him >~< !
I'm loving it so far, the police lady is the only irritating character I find here... The Psycho serial killer…
Yes he looks like a kid trying to show off how much he is tough especially when at episode 2 he walks in the street and thought " I'm sure there are monsters in the world, but none as bad as I am " and pull his jacket like he is so proud of himself ( so cute ! ). The drama is so good but it's even more when Dong Shik and In woo interact together !
I ship Seo In Woo with Dong Shik lmao... but I'm afraid that ship probably sailed for only one episode TT_TT
I'm still thinking there will be more bromance between them because of the misunderstandings xD Perhaps Seo will think DS wants to cover him ? Or he will thinks he is an undercover cop and tried to kill him again but will fail surely ? Or he will meet the gangster neighbor and thinks DS is a chief of gangsters :') lol
I hope the drama will keep this pace it's so good and when DS reproduces movies's moments it's so well done !! Personnally I hope the misunderstand will last because often in a drama when the misunderstand is solved it becomes boring... I love how he takes the bad guys down with sweet smiles.
I have a question : I'm the only one who thinks DS will change in a good way Seo In Woo ? I know he is a psychopath but it's a drama and he seems to not be so cold-hearted than I thought he would be ? So I keep my hopes high and I don't say he will have a nice ending because he must pay for his crimes but I would love to see for once a bad guy who repents himself before the end... In my opinion he just needs a friend and DS is there for him <3
hey guys please recommend me a drama that looks similar to this
A drama with the comedy of errors (misunderstanding ) + a lucky mainlead where we wonder if he is clever or just dumb I could recommend " Chief Kim "+ the realtion between Dong Shik and Seo reminds me Sung Ryung and Seo Yool ( a lot of bromance and funny moments between them and it starts off with a misunderstanding too ).
My fellow citizens too was not bad but it's not on the same level.
With dark comedy : Prison Playbook was fun too and with a lot of likeable characters !
I picked Up a start on the road in fun ( in my opinion ) and the mainlead too is lucky because she doesn't get in trouble even when she kidnapped someone lol
With Yoo Shi Yoo ( who plays Dong Shik ) with an almost similar role : Your honor (the pace is slow but I found his character so likeable and sweet because he takes his brother place but instead of being a jerk he is sweet and that remind me DS who thought he is the serial killer sohe takes his place but in fact he is sweet ).
Why does it keep reminds me of Dexter everytime I watch it (in a good way), am I the only one? However, I hope…
You're not the only one !!! .^. I talked about it on dramanice a few hours ago lol It's because Dong Shik plays the dumb guy but is really clever actually like Dexter and Dexter was killing only bad peoples(and honestly I found Dexter sweet too with his smiles even if he was a serial killer) . This drama reminds me Dexter and the main character and his sensei in psycho mob (because the mc seems weak but is in fact strong and his sensei is a big liar but he has always luck to get out of problems lol )
OMG! That ending of episode 5 is just mean... :( How am I supposed to survive till I get tomorrow's episode?
The misunderstanding is so funny ! xD And it is pretty fast ( and good ) how the serial killer thought about DS like a buddy and then he thinks DS is threatening him it was hilarious !! I think in the next episode he will either believe DS is an undercover cop or he will admire him again because perhaps if he sees him with Bo kyung he will thought that DS is more cunning than he thought ( but in fact it's just a sweet guy with bad/good luck ? xD )
I never expected for a thriller suspense genre to merge with comedy but it works! HAHA. It was brave of the writers…
In my opinion DS will never kill someone because the first moment of the drama was when he was arrested and they said he comitted 7 murders ( 6 from the diary + one which I think is the rich guy and not the homeless guy because the police thought it was a suicide ).
But I love his psycho's moments *^* Like you said it is really interesting how the thriller and comedy work well together for now !
I just can’t believe how far off this show went. When it first started it was fun, cute, and addicting. I loved…
Yes in my opinion the first half was good when they were awakening others characters and tried to change the story ! It was fun and there were a lot of mystery especially about Haru who was special in my eyes and like you said they played with the cliché at first so it was interesting but what a pity they become the cliché itself...
In the second half all the characters I found enjoyable was less enjoyable or odious to watch ( except Lee Do Hwa <3 ) and the story didn't go on and it was boring and cheesy but at least I was hoping to have answers at the end but finally not really ! And the character I was curious about aren't even in the end ( where is LEE DO HWA for example ??? ) and okay they explained it a little with the " all characters aren't draw all the time " but it's just a pity not even have a little moment at the end with some characters... I was really awaiting it like maybe in his next character he doesn' t play the violin anymore but hates it without knowing why for example ?
And what a shame I find that a lot of characters are not aware of themselves. The drama was not bad but I feel like something in the second half/ at the end was lacking. But a lot of dramas are like that, the start is really good but when comes explanation it's really draggy and finaly it's not clear.
Yes ! I don't understand why the drama turns out like that ??? In my opinion the first half was the best and then…
Yes I'm happy to see I'm not the only one to think the drama was kind of stuck up for severals episodes ( who seemed an eternity to me ).
" I also miss the 'mistery unveiling' pace in which it started (I wanted to see more characters becoming self-aware and discovering more about the rules of the world of comics they live in); and the changes in the relationship between Juda, Namju and Dohwa with all of then being self-aware. "
---> I feel you, I was really waiting for that it was kind of sad to see the " main characters " not awakened because we know they don't act because they want to and I was curious too about how the relaltionships between all of them would grow up but now I think it's too late for that so I'm sad... Really there are a lot of drama with potential wasted and it's a shame. And I can't say I hate this drama because frankly the first half was really perfect to me but the second half was just a nighmare (thanks to the love triangle...).
I miss the funny scenes too and it becomes too much dramatic to me, I really prefered when they focus to how to change the story + It's was so smart to use the " cliché " plots on stage and change their meaning in the shadows I think it was one of the thing who made me fall in love with this drama ! Well, we will see how the ending turns out ;(
