I think the characters in this drama lost their consistency in the second half but I'm not really surprised because most dramas tend to be like that...
- Dan Oh was strong and funny in the first half but now she cries practically all the time ( I mean in the first half she cried too but it was on " stage " and when she was in the shadows she was so funny for example when she cried on stage and then laugh )

- Haru was the quiet and mysterious guy and frankly I prefered him like this because he seemed more special but now I don't know he is not the same...

- Squid fairy seemed to be the wise one and I was waiting for him to change his mind and helps DO and H but no he is just stuck up from the beginning and he becomes kind of annoying to me. And I have a lot of example like when the " false " Haru picked up his book ( 1. Why he is taking the book everywhere with him if he doesn't want others to see it ? And why he is so obvious with the " You take it in purpose " against Haru ?? Dude do you really want to hide the truth or what ? He seemed like a kid sometimes who want to hide something from his parents lol )

- I will not talk about BK but it's obvious he lost his charm too.

Anyway I'm talking a lot but I will end on this : Do Hwa is the only one who seem consistent to me and I'm really fond of his character, the only one who is not a disappointment.

Crossed fingers for the happy ending and yes the trio in the guest was really good ( and one of the rare dramas who had a good end in my opinion ! ).

Yes ! I don't understand why the drama turns out like that ??? In my opinion the first half was the best and then it concentrated too much on the love triangle and I just can't understand this choice... A lot of dramas focus on that and lost their good points.

Why suddenly they stop to change the future and the storyboard dissapeared ? It was so interesting, I really thought it was really good because I thought they would continue to change things and wake up other characters ! Like you know when at first the main character is alone but little by little others characters joins hands and things get better. And I found it super original the way it was done when they should act like they characters on stage but in the shadows they are not really like their characters, I was thinking maybe that would been interesting if Nam Joo and Joo da " wake up " and was in fact not in love at all, was bothering by their roles or even was in fact all the contrary of their characters ( for example Joo da would been a bad girl and so on lol )

And I just can't understand the characters sometimes. Two characters who pissed me off : Baek Kyung obviously because he was oen my favorite character and I was hoping he turns out to be a sweet man in fact and not a jerk like his character .
The second character who pissed me off is Dried Squid Fairy, I liked him at first too but finally he is just useless and even more he just leads good peopels in bad choices... Seriously was he not the one who reveals to Dan Oh she was in a book ? But afterward he doesn't want her to know more ?? (What ??? ) and tried badly to hide the truth and do illogicals actions ? ( why didn't he burnt the book before ? At first I thought the bood couldn't be destroyed and reappeared each time but it was not the case for the previous story... and the guy didn't see they was some papers from the book still left ?? ) And all along he tried to scare DH and Haru but it's not well done because his characters is too much obvious and I think he should have given a concret warning and not just repeat the same thing over and over and stay unclear.

AND WHAT HE DOESN'T REVEAL ANYTHING TO DH AND HARU BUT IN FRONT OF BK HE SAID YOU CAN STOLE A CHARACTER'S AWARENESS !? Dude are you serious ??? It was obvious BJ would kill DH in the shadows because he wants her to stay in her character and loves him you dumbass -_-

If the ending it's just " we will meet in another story " I will be really bitter about this drama... I will try to think about good thing like Lee Do Hwa, Haru and Dan Oh's moments ( they are so sweet together why they have less moments all together ??? I really love when in a drama a trio works together like in the guest )

I bet on the guy who was watching from afar BJ and the Lawyer at the beginning of episode 3. I think the story took another way, I don't know what happened... I am still feeling like BJ was not supposed to be the main culprit ( I was really feeling at first like he was covering someone ) or perhaps someone knew from the start he was the murderer and wanted to avenge the victims but that feel really rushed. Or perhaps I miss something but I really want to know who was it at episode 3 ?? I don't think it was Gi Hoon.

I think it's weird because at first they had " Father - Daughter " vibes and now they are hits of romance and I still don't understand what it is so great about the romance ? I think the Father/daughter relationship would have been more meaningful and even more if his son would end up with her later for example.
But I won't lie, they have chemistry it's just that I can't picture them together because of their past ( I was glad she found a real father so it's weird to me to think about him differently, not because of the age gap but because it was sell at first like Father/Daughter relationship).
Anyway TVN's dramas are rarely in my taste, often I found the characters quite bland and it's true the cinematography is beautiful but the story is just in a loop... But well it's my opinion and there are surely a lot who like it so enjoy, they are indeed good actors !

I feel like they tried to make an " happy " ending where it wasn't the case... I really fast-forwaded the last episodes because it was not believable and boring. I liked BJ character until he becomes just a brat who is screaming all the time ! I was really hoping something more : BJ covering someone else or SH beeing his half-sister and he killed her without knowing it. But no, he is just a psychopath AGAIN.
And what is worst is how it ended, BJ's death was a mistake because the drama was about how bad guys must face court and pays their crimes in prison. + I just felt sorru for BJ because I know he was a psychopath but he was not from his birth, I think he became one because of his surrounding and that's just sad. I don't think he was " perfect " by choices, it's just that his surrounding kept telling him to do so and he started to go crazy because of it and saw others like mistakes. The drama would have been great in my opinion if the second half would have focused on the Lawyer facing the parents, every one of them, and show how their kids are due to them. And that would have been great too if it was the parents who change and help their kids to face their punishments- Oh wait they just have a change of heart in the last episode and are acting like they are angels all of sudden so it's okay I guess * sigh*

For example I just don't feel some moments like when NYR look at Tae Rae's photo all sad and suddently she smiled and go with the other girl...So what ? She was sorry a few minutes and that will repair all she have done ? Now she merits to be happy ??

I missed something too about the lawyer because he wasn't punished at all (you know he was undercover, hasn't the right to teach and all...) but there were hits previously that he would and I thought he wouldn't mind at the end in order to arrest the killer so in my opinion the story was mess up (or something happened behing the scene ? ). And in the second half it was a lot focused on BJ, too much in my opinion we barely saw the others students...

In short I’m disappointed. And annoyed.

The first half was good but the second half was just a mess to me and a last twist was missing... I was really hoping BJ was covering someone and played the evil one to mess with the viewers so it was a big dissapointment ; the actors were great but the story was lacking something. And not everything was explain but I'm not sure because I didn't watch all the last episodes ( for example who was the guy who watched BJ and the Lawyer from afar ? Or it would be nice to see the night when the " Butler" died to see what happened exatly )

To me BJ was fishy from the start and it was obvious he played a big part of the crime but again I was hoping something more than just " he is a psychopath and killed her to cover himself ". Or at least he should have regret his actions later; for example what if SH was his half sister ? I saw a lot of comments talking about that but finally no it was just another girl who sold her body.

Yeah the drama could have used a lot more of potential : why the first half we saw a lot the kids but the second half Lee Gi Hoon and Na Ye Ri appeared just sometimes and they reactions seemed too much rushed in my opinion ( Ye Ri who felt bad about Taera ? Let me laught. Lee Gi Hoon who wants to avenge SH ? Dude you tried to rape her, ok you are obsess with her so I find your reaction are not so out of character but still...).

And the last episode................ Wasn't the drama focused on the " Punishing bad guys in court at all cost" ? Why BJ died like that ?? I was not at peace because revenge wins after all of this.

Thanks for all your answers ! So I watched it and yeah it's more on the general creepy feeling like you said, it was not really " scary "(I mean not all the time) ; there is just a strong uneasy feeling in my opinion.

Can someone please tell me if the drama has the " scariest things who appear and make you jump of horror " or has the " it's is scary and stressful but without making you jump of horror " ? ( spoiler : I don't like the first one... Double spoiler : no matter what the answer is I will try it because OCN, great actors, great characters, great story and surely great musics ? )

edit : I hope we will see where is the last missing person : the captain ! And I want so much that Goo Chan Sung is also someone from Jang Man Wol's past but that she forgot him ! I remember in the episode with the blind woman she said " After a soul wander too much longer, its memory can change " so I wonder if Man Wol's memory is trustworthy ? I know she is not really dead but still...

I want to see present Yeon Woo talking to Man Wol Too ! I hope the story will not repeat with his death... I want a loooooooooooot of things to happen !

I think Man Wol's time will runs again ans she will get older with him, and perhaps we will see years later when they will die together ?? ( it's the perfect ending I hope ) But the moment with the old man and his puppy was so sweet !

I think the girl commited suicide but she was in something bigger than just school bullying ( witch is already horrible ) and the lawyer wants to know what it was about. That was in the first episodes he told to the kid : " You want to know if she is alright or if she is dead ? " Because I think she wanted to end her life and he helped her or find her like that and tried to save her.

It is not a surprise if Beom Ji is the mastermind behind the others, orthers are really idiots seriously but I am still hoping he is good deep inside because he knew the real identity of Moo Hyuk (he saw him in the room with all the photos and I think he remembered him at first in school) but he didn't reveal it until then... If he is really bad, the father is the main reason why.

I thought there would be a part set in the future because of the trailer and the first episode :

The trailer shows them in the future but with some people from the past and also a moment where the sibling and Hye Jin are still in Joseon but with an helicopter : so there will more than two travel through time ( Because how they would get an helicopte in Joseon ??)

Then the first episode showed about how the father of the sibling get murdered and how Jung Rok became a loser. At some point this topic will be back I'm sure.

Anyway it seems like I was mistaking, I really thought the drama would concentrate more on the " time travel " topic (and perhaps even save the father from his death if they come back before he was murdered/ and arrest the serial killer at the same time.)...

But it's just an historical drama for now and it's not really the fact it became an historical drama that's is annoying but that's the plot could have been more interesting if Im Kkeok Jeong would have started his rebellion already and teamed up with those from the future...

" So far the only one who use wisely his knowledge from the future is Ga Ik... Like seriously he already has a good position and controls the queen and all lol when the others idiots just complain all the time and don't use their skills (where is the archery ? where is the super memory ?? It becomes really boring, what a pity, I really thought it would be better ! I will let you know when they finally find a way to go back *sigh* At the end of the drama I guess and Idon't understand the kind of drama which takes 20 episodes for a boring plot, I really thought it would have been 10 episodes in the past and 10 episodes in the future...

The siblings are always in troubles and when one of them is safe the other one makes trouble again it's kind of ridiculious. I'm a bit sad because I really liked them but now the drama just make me hate them, they seem to be just used by others I'm kind of pissed of by that. At first it was not a problem because they had suddently traveled to Joseon but now I want some improvement, we are soon half of the drama...

Lol I'm amazed of much we have the same thoughts :

" And the moment when Jung Rok didn't want his sister to leave is THE GOOD CHOICE, why Kkeok Jeong is like "yes dude you should totally let her go with the guy who tried to rape her and don't worry she will be far away so she can't ask our help if something bad happen. It's a shame I really thought the drama would be more dynamic where the siblings would fight with Im Kkeok Jeong and take the thieves's hideout but it turns like a boring historical drama...

A lot of things are bothering me now but I will just talk about one thing : Why the girls are tchating like everything is normal with the guys who almost raped her ??? I am talking about Hye Jin and the chief of thief / Seul Gi and the governor... I'm am the only one who is disturbed by this kind of situation ?? And Seul Gi just believe the governor like that, before it was idiot/cute but now it's just idiot and dumb seriously. Hope the drama will get better when she will take the crown princess's identity...

It started with the time travel topic but now it's just historical vibes and the serial killer just take too much time screen, same for the orthers bad guys and the thieves are so troublesome (the only one I love is the mother because she is nice with them).

And it's not well balanced with action moments, I was waiting for some fight with his archery's skill !! Why they just act like it's not a problem for them to be at Joseon ?? And the policeman who just come back to help the serial killer, what an idiot all along, I'm sure he is going to die because he will surely talk about the body he saw in the first episode that dumb*ss seriously.

I'm still here thanks to Seul Gi and Kkeok Jeong and to see them when they will travel in the future but even the brother acts always recklessly and seem useless now...

edit : And I still wonder what is the use of Seul Gi's super memory when they just have fun and don't think one second.
