yes, we only have assumptions from the snippets they show us and not something concrete like what they did with Naksu's past. I am hoping they also develop Buyeon's character and storyline. They did not even list her in the cast because she's always needed to be hidden because of the plot T_T

I know ya'll are excited about the Naksu comeback but Buyeon still has a lot of mystery... Why was she helping Jin Mu at the lake, what happened to her when she fell and disappeared, her life at sari village, to what extent is her powers, her connection to the first blind Jin priestess, and is she a reincarnation? is she going to fall in love with the person born with the King's Star? We don't even know her personality. But I can't help thinking they are going to... I can't even say it! by the end of this season!! T_T I hope they also give Buyeon a chance.

know that you are not alone and if something happens to Mudeok/Buyeon by the end of season 1, just letting you know that you are not alone in case you cry.

ah thought he was a soul shifter too since Jin mama family is too high up to marry some guy from a shaman village but who knows how he got to meet her.

damn i just didn't think Jin mama would fall for some random guy from a shaman village which is why i thought Jin Mu probably also soul shifted that shaman's brother :D

I am hoping the same and hoping to continue the best ride I am having with this series.
I am extremely attached to JSM, specially the chemistry she has with LJW.
The conflict that i have within me is more on could I really love LJW and GYJ as much as I do with him and JSM. I won't be able to help comparing the two. I hope they won't sacrifice Buyeon at the end of this season tho.

I can see her being a strict powerful and uptight character after watching ep 18 but hard to consider her a villain, she is quite matured and knowledgeable from what i can see and she lets naksu try and find things out on her own, letting her use her body too.

they probably confused the father (who is currently a soul shifter too, the shaman's brother's soul is inside Buyeon's father) because how can a father do those things.
I remember the father saying "she is not my daughter" I forgot which episode they probably confused that part and didn't realize the father is a soul shifter and made that theory.

nope that may happen in western series but as far as I am aware of, not in asian mainstream media. Oof the backlash and PR disaster it would face even in SK.

I love Crown Prince. He is the only person who loves Mudeok as herself, filthy, clumsy, a maid who doesn't know how to use magic. In an alternate universe where powerful Naksu/Buyeon doesn't exist, our Mudeok is loved by a Prince! <3

let's hope the same, GYJ is pretty but i haven't watch enough of her work to know her talent well enough. But i hope they don't sacrifice JSM in the process, that's heartbreaking.

But there are still a lot of question about his side of the story. I'm glad it was revealed early as a confirmation on the theories since they made it obvious.

I agree and I'll definitely rewatch this after completing too, I was expecting a rom-com but it became my first melodrama T_T I try to avoid melo because life sucks, but I fell in love with Lee Je Hoon~

This is very realistic and my heart is aching the entire time, I can sympathize with Ma Rin's feelings so much. The little flaws, the emotional growth they are facing, pain, insincerity and the fact that love isn't always perfect and fun. I am looking forward to how So Joon grows as a man capable of sacrifices and Ma Rin can finally overcome her self doubts. see you in ep 8.

might be the melodramatic vibe in it? I was not feeling the first few ep because the undertones is too strong, the feeling that something is definitely off. But I really dig time travel stories so I am riding the time travel subway now ;)

what So Joon might be feeling is exactly what I am feeling towards this drama and that's the burden of knowing the future. I mean how can I fully show my love for this drama when I know it will 'potentially' break me by the end. *no ugly cri* He is unconsciously protecting his own feelings (his been kinda selfish for a long time) but deep inside he knows he cares so much for Ma Rin too.

Absolutely not a disappointment my friend! if you are into a realistic approach on a complicated story of time travel revolving around romance and fate you will fall for this drama. Needless to say everything else is HQ.

thats exactly what the female lead said :D but doesn't care, he does it anyway because he is Yoo so Joon nyahahaha.

I'm not pushing what I like and my taste to others though. Of course people have their own choice. I'm just merely expressing my frustration, because this is one good quality drama and they can give it a chance (it just started). That's all, no offense meant to fans who dropped this series.
