I am once again convinced that no drama to this day has been able to portray aching, longing, and pining as this drama has. From absolutely brilliant performances to a soundtrack that, if you ever hear the songs out and about, will have you stop in your tracks and shed a few tears for the pain.
Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo, you will always be famous to me. <3
I'm watching it only now, but i find myself skimming quite a lot, the flashbacks are a lot more entertaining to watch than present time, and omg, the bickering is almost impossible to handle D:
I'd say this show didn't deliver on anything. It was boring and had no real commentary. people go crazy when money is involved, we know that. I hated all of the characters, I feel like you still need someone to root for, but this show didn't have anything. I don't mind psychological thrillers and gore, frankly, I've liked shows that in their essence are just that, however, this show missed the mark several times.
Good for you if anyone liked it and considers it a well-made drama. This was not my cup of tea and I believe, that if a show is truly good, even if it's not something you like, you can see the value.
i'm on episode 8 and i feel i know the reason she hears a lie when he says he hasn't killed anyone, SO IT KEEPS ANNOYING ME hahah.
Also, that was sooo savage from Kangmin, being asked if he will give up on this girl, but he goes "she's not married, so no"???? MY JAW WAS ON THE FLOOR!!!
if by kidnapper you mean the real baek saeon then it was answered, he got shot. maybe i'm confusing what you mean…
oh, i definitely agree that the scene was suuuuper lackluster, i didn't really like the last episode in general BECAUSE it was so lacking. So i get you, but in this drama, not a single main character had anything done to them, they all had indestructible plot armour, so i wasn't expecting much from that police scene in general.

the whole last episode was rushed, but even though it wasn't quality, his storyline was ended. but i mean, his point was to ruin baek saeon, so i don't think his character really had much else to add, it was clear he was gonna die there, 1v10+ police dudes, hah

during the police scene, he got shot. there was a scene of him on the carriers with police around. it happened basically where the previous episode ended. later in the episode they confirm this in a news scene, and the mother watches the news about it and cries.
The end was soo goofy, I was legit laughing out loud. In the end, my favorites were the side characters, but omg....…
becoming a fckn freedom fighter in Argan, shit had me rolling laughing... AND THE NAME Yuyeon, Yu for only and Yeon for love... YOU HAVE TO BE SHITTING ME NBUAHAHHAHA
