If the target audience for most GMMTV series wasn't younger people, I probably wouldn't be so irritated by what…
You wrote a whole paragraph about Aran and Tiwan, even though they only appeared for five minutes in the entire series. Does that mean the main characters had no impact at all? Didn’t you like anything about them, or were you only watching for those five minutes?

Personally, I don’t fully agree with how Aran and Tiwan’s story was handled. Some people are like Aran in real life. I know people who went back to someone they loved after losing everything, after a family member died, or after a serious accident. Aran does love Tiwan, but he was also exhausted by the excessive jealousy and the way he was treated.

When something major happens to someone you love, you don’t consciously think about past problems. You instinctively try to help. You start asking yourself, “Am I part of the reason this happened?” and you look for ways to fix what can still be fixed. That reaction is very human.

That said, I agree that the series should have explored their story more deeply from the beginning—how they fell in love, what exactly went wrong between them, and why things became so toxic. Because they weren’t the main characters, everything felt rushed.

In my opinion, they shouldn’t have gotten back together. Even if Aran wanted to help Tiwan after his family went bankrupt and fled the country, he could have done that without returning as a lover. Helping someone doesn’t automatically mean rekindling a relationship, especially when the original issues—control, jealousy, and emotional exhaustion—were never truly resolved.

I feel the happy ending was mostly done for the audience. Perth and Santa are already an established CP, and many viewers want a neat, comforting resolution. But people who care more about realism may not understand or accept their story the way it ended.

A more realistic choice would’ve been an open ending: Aran helps, they reconnect as humans, but whether they return as lovers or not is left unknown. That would’ve felt more honest to real life.

Review Me and Thee
Trashing a show from just 1 episode and claiming it has no storyline—are you serious? The series hasn’t even aired all ten episodes yet. Looks like someone just hates the cast and wants to give a bad rating. Not every show needs a deep, emotional plot to be enjoyed. Romcoms are meant to make people laugh and have fun, and that’s exactly why this show is doing great. Appreciate it for what it is instead of judging before it even unfolds

I checked the ratings and found people who either gave everything a 10, everything excellent, and called it the best series in history, or everything a 1 and the worst thing you could ever see. There's no middle ground, no credibility either way. I understand those who love the couple and have their picture as their profile picture to praise them, but are those who rated everything a 1 is it really that bad?
