Overall I give this movie 5/10 i’ll put my reason in the spoiler comment below
So much unexplained questions and barely any answers Like Shinji character I really don’t understand him. What happened to his eye? Where is his family? Why did the girl from his high school randomly text him saying she was in love with him? Who was she? And why didn’t he believe her but still went to a hotel room to be with her and what was that girls intentions with him even? So bizarre as a viewer watching I would like to have better understood that and if they weren’t going to explain than what was the point of that scene? And it would have been nice to have some background on Shinji. That random girl mentioned he was really smart in high school and she expected him to have a different kinda job. I wonder what happened in his life for him to have ended up that way. And the main girl Mika I think her character was explained a lot better than his. Her morbid personality and her not believing in love all made sense to a viewer. I guess it helps that she’s narrating the film so you can get the chance to hear her personal thoughts on things.
Overall I’m disappointed in this movie especially for the fact I didn’t feel it was a romance there was no chemistry between the leads NONE and I actually didn’t ship them at all. Even though it ended with them as a couple I don’t believe Mika loves Shinji I think she more felt like “ let’s try it” than I’ve fallen for you type thing where as for Shinji he had already loved her. ( don’t even know why lol)! Also didn’t get why Mika gave Toshiyuki her number after she witnessed how rude he was to Shinji. And before Toshiyuki died he was so excited that Mika said yes to going out to him but by then he already had a picture with her framed in his house and Toshiyuki knew he loved to dance which makes me think they had gone out before. Don’t understand that...so yeah this movie was dry i would not reccomend this. Skip it if you can
Who is editing this drama? Seriously..they are cutting way to many scenes! It’s frustrating to watch. I was so mad when they abruptly cut the restaurant date scene between Oh Soo and Yoo Ri. They were having such a cute adorable moment and it just randomly cut to them going home. They don’t get enough scenes together as it is.
I don’t understand why Na Gyeom( the friend) is against the marriage between Ja Hyun and Hwi. I know in beginning of the series with the future she and Ja hyun will no longer be friends I’m assuming she realizes her husband is in love with Ja hyun and other crazy stuff that hasn’t happened yet will officially end that friendship.
But right now in the present I don’t see the purpose of her trying to stop the wedding? It’s not like Ja hyun marrying Hwi is a threat to her goal of becoming the queen. She knows her friend doesn’t have any ulterior motives like herself Ja hyun just wants to live a peaceful life with her man. If Hwi is gonna marry anyone shouldn’t Na Gyeom rather it be a girl like her friend Ja Hyun. Someone she’s familiar with and she has the chance to manipulate and control? Rather than a stranger who could be more like her..What do you guys think?
Okay what the hell was episode 6? Incoming long rant lol Why didn’t Keisuke tell Ayumi about his crazy ass unhinged ex girlfriend???? LIKE REALLY DUDE? The moment he saw that his ex knew Ayumi he should have known something was up. He should have been asking himself How do these two unrelated people know eachother? It should have been clear Yuko, the ex was up to something. He was aware that she had already contacted the other two in repeat. Why wasn’t he even trying to figure out how she knew about repeat?
I don’t get how he was so chill about it. his reaction makes no sense to me. Something so secret that he knows he’s never shared with her. She suddenly knows about and is using it to threaten him and put others in danger. How did that not put him into panic mode?
I’m so happy Keisuke revealed his true feelings to Ayumi. It was such such a sweet moment. And now Yuko is dead which HOORAy! Finally the bitch is dead lol she literally tried to murder ayumi because ayumi is too nice and trusting but I don’t even know if I can blame her she doesn’t even know what we know about Yuko so obvisley she’s going to still trust her since Keisuke didn’t tell her anything about his ex. If he had just warned her, he knew how dangerous his ex was so I don’t even understand that. If he just told ayumi all of this could have been avoided now they’re killers
5 episodes in and regretting starting this because this drama is so addicting! And it’s only 1 episode per week! AHHH! To anyone who is thinking about watching this. Go for it! This drama is so good omg I was not expecting this at all. The story is unpredictable and the characters are amazing. Also the romance is so cute I’m shipping Ayumi and Mori so hard right now
The hype is dying. They are literally holding this drama hostage.We’ve all been waiting too long. It’s getting so trying waiting for their legal battle they’re having behind the scenes to end. I think they should just pay the writer what she wants, apologize to her and let this drama air finally
