With Fu Yunshen's mom case, she is so possesive over her son because her husband didnt love her so she unconsciously substitute her son to fill in for her loss. It was showed at the beginning when Fu Yunshen said he didnt want marriage without love like she did, it already trigger her emotional unbalanced. And hit the climax when Fu Yunshen choose ZJ over her, it triggered this symptom again, and i think she mean to do it, not faking it, she already on depression for a long time. He really sensitive and sincere, he knew how much granny miss her mom foods, so he tried his best to create the foods as close as her mom's, and he learned how much she miss her hometown.
