I like the theory that FML is there undercover to investigate match-fixing and the "husband" is her partner. Thats why she's so set on not revealing who she really is.
Unfortunately this was a total disappointment. It started as a revenge drama and quickly became a very dubious social commentary on social media obsession. The plot is BARELY hanging on by a thread.
The only thing that gave me any kind of satisfaction was MML finally getting a haircut in the last episode.
Also can someone explaon why om Earth the motjer, who's perfectly fine except for partial memory loss, is in the hospital (in hospital bed, being more specific)???
wow what an unseasoned chicken of dramas. The FML was bland, both MLs had the appeal of lamp posts. Everything was rushed, there was no time or room for building any kind of connection. Too many loose ends, characters dropped when inconvenient, the most unromantic wedding scene in the history of unromantic wedding scenes. Avoid.
im only on ep 4 so this might change, but for now - I totally get why FML wants a revenge on MV (main villain). I can understand that she targets her anger towards the only living party letf, BUT I honesly think some of that anger should be targeted towards her (noe dead) husband. He DID cheat. He DID leave. He DID want a divorce. It's not like MV did it all by herself. Did she scam him and cheat him and let him be her prey? Duh, sure she did. But also did he just trip and fall into her vagina by accident?
Don't let this cute and bubbly poster fool you. This drama is neither cute nor bubbly. It's a proper story of revenge and sting-like operations. There's death, bullying, gangsters, racism, an unusual amount of face slapping and lots of unrequited love. Came here for Park Seo Joon, stayed for showing old, vicious men where their place is.
This is the similar procedure in most Western countries. The ceremony is the religious/ceremonial aspect, then…
i was just a bit confused as in my country when you get married in a church (you dont have to, obvs) you sign all the paperwork during the ceremony so you dont have to file separately.
Marriage in Korea is a civil procedure, so a ceremony does not create a legal marriage. You must go to the local…
thank you so much for the explanation. Im only starting watching dramas (this is my third one) and I know next to nothing about Korea's law, customs etc, so sometimes things make me confused so I really appreciate the answer. so the ceremony they had is just it - a ceremony for friends and family?
can somone more familiar with Korea rxplain to me one thing - so in ep 6 they got married, but in the last ep they filed the paperwork and he gave her a ring etc? How's that work?
