Agreed . I didn't like it. I didn't see chemistry between the leads either, yet everyone raves about it I watch mainly romance and rom coms , but this one fell flat for me. I dropped it halfway through. Bai Lu was much better in TTEOTM and Moonlight Mystique. Her being cutsey here was annoying. Dylan was not believable as the CEO. That role is more Miles Wei. Dylan has a huge fandom that explains for the popularity of this. No other explanation.

I agree with Daisy , just ignore them. One of the Thailand Mooncake's comments i read that seems to resonate ..we walk our own path. Have nothing to do with foolish people. Easier said than done , but worth remembering. That is what Shen Yue is doing, walking her own path. It's beautiful to watch her take each step with confidence and grace. Not relying on superficial charm, but the real beauty within. 🌷
