I watched this show a year ago and i still love it and check memes and stuff about it. But i never wrote my oppinion about it, soi will now!
I m guessing some people already said it or asked it, but i really believe Chief Kim is the first gay leading character! And this is not me being rude, but as a european, where it is all normal...he really is! Bcs of conservative society it was made into “bromance” and Junhos character ending up on dates withYHJ to make a balance, probably bcs of fear.
But Chief Kim and Seo Yool have all characteristics that would be seen between aleading couple, pls KBS awards, i really think that KBS tried to go all progressive with it and i m living for it! These funny, great to watch and loveable characters and stories move society foreward and i would love to thank to KBS for doing it!
This was really a great show, even tho i was hesitant to start to watch it! I came bcs of Choi Jin Hyuk, cuz obvyy...i was hesitant bcs of Jang Na Ra, but she did it great after they made her normal! But to be honest I stayed bcs of Shin Sung Rok! Maaaaaaan! This guy is the biggest discovery for me!

The Guy was psycho, class, charisma, handsome, funny, possesive, jealous, mean, romantic, caring and loving, but also super cold with the inferiority complex! The Guy had 100 faces and did everything perfectly! And to be honest, no matter how much i love Choi Jin Hyuk and i was super sad that he wasnt there in the end... but i think i was more happy to see this guy going from 2nd kead to the 1st lead! This was an epic journey!

I was living for the final episodes, but it was suuuuuper bothersome that even Oh Sunny didnt even blink an eye for Na Wang Shik! They were in love for Gods sake! Ok, CJH could not film last two episodes, but they had old videos and “memories”... she could have at least visited his grave or do anything. It was like he never existed...just bcs he couldnt film the finale. Like..... how?
Btw if I was love, after seeing Menns reaction i would just go to change and give him my virginity. After all he is the cutest guy there. Why bother with ones that do not like the real you? Aghhhhhh...
It would be such a great show if there was not that part with transformation. Its just annoying.
I mean the logic tells me that Vier should fall in love with the male version ( cuz then there should be no need for transformation if he was str8). But to transform yourself and your identity just bcz of a guy.. big no. And the thing “oh i m not even 20, but i ll accept you and love you no matter who you are”.. oh please

Shin Sung Rok is such amaaaaaazing actor! I knew that he was good, but MAN! That guy makes you hate him the most, but also like him the most of all characters!
The guy is doing 20 characters in the same time, he is paranoia, he is creepy as hell, he is angry as f, but also he is the funniest, the sweetest and the coolest character there! I just cant! Haha
I started to watch this show only bcs of Choi Jin Hyuk, i was having mental breakdowns bcs of the Empress character...but this guy got my whole attention and i could only wait and want for more! Is there an Emmy for this guy?

Like why each time some positive character has almost done deal to win the battle, instead of doing things surprisingly they go to the oponent “ohi have everything, this and this, in 3 days i ll go to the police..oh yes, my evodences are in that locker with pin number 1234, dont you dare do a thing to me..but fyi i ll be alone in my room”. Like why writers need to do things like that? And then they always win, bcs of the story and “good always wins”, but...aghhhhh
It would be so much fun if they made the empress finally smart and that she started to manipulate the emperor to win against the Old one. But no, she wants to stay there, she is gonna destroy them, but cant do a thing. And basically each bad thing that happened to her, happened bc she was the one who provided them all they needed against her.
I was looking foreward to LJS sooooooo much, but it took 20 mins of this show to start going on my nervs. LJS and wHJ seem great and like a cute cliche...but i donno, i cant dig the Female FL, which is sad.

I m currently at 8th episode, i need to study for my exams, but i bingewatched for 8 hours. Its already chaos there...and no matter how annoying i find Sunny...i m super curious, did it happen at least in one moment that the Emperor regreted for not choosing her?
I was kinda hoping for more “together” moments, so that his regret grows bigger. Which is kinda contradictory to myself bcs i felt bad for him, for even having to be married to someone like her. But still, regrets are the best part of shows xD.

Everything seems so great, great production, interesting story and all... and then we have a female lead that is yet again poor, in lots of debts, stupid, nothing does good in her life, she is super sloppy and knows nothing about how to behave..and somehow she is going to get it all i guess. Like...aghhhh waeeeeeeeeeeeee
