She allied herself with murderers and tax criminals in order to eliminate the lesser evil. She gave them tools to go against the President Shin, then acts surprised when her actions hurt Nora.
Now she is in an even worse situation to fight them, while she could have blackmailed President Shin into helping her from his position of power. She basically lost a resource thinking she did something smart.
I understand that this is a drama show, so she will get things done to finish it up - but in real life she would lose here. And I wouldnât feel sorry for her at all - but rather make sure everyone know what she did.
