It would be better if they made some scenes more understandable. There were real situations and hallucinations in the same enviroment and time so it was not that clear. Like the one with bracelet, that was real. But then choking was not. But it looked like it happened in the same time.

Yeah, i think they made it confusing to people with scenes of putting on bracelet and telling JW to kill everyone, which was real. And then the conflict that JW had in his head and his GF saw. That was halkucination. But they put it together so it was confusing to separate which is real and which is not.

Joseons centre was in Seoul, but they are in Busan. Shilla had the capital near todays Busan.

But in Joseon the royal family was Lee, in shill it was Kim i think. Thats what i meant

The drama values are super high like production and acting, but i m super confused with the logic.

At the beginning it says Shilla, but then Kingdom of Corea and their last name is Lee, which is Joseon dynasty. And why are they located in Busan? Yes Shilla was there, but if they are Lee, then it should be Seoul :S

The doctor was my 1st suspect to be honest, but in this episode others took that spotlight so he skiped my mind . But now that you mentioned him... his father said that he had big situation with Ha Jin, he was her doctor before and after she overdosed or whatever.

Maybe he was sooooo worried about her that he started to check on her, like he does with LJH..and who knkws, he may developed an obsession with her. And LJH may be a trigger for him. So hmmm :S
