Where can we even start? It is just an epic story with never-ending twists and so much pain that by the end of it, you are kind of addicted to it. Occasionally so funny that you can't believe what this author did to you just a few chapters before. Every character has so much depth and backstories you find yourself crying over the absolute devils. And the love story that makes you angry to your core! And then you root for them to be disappointed again and over again. It is a universe that I could not get enough of it even after thousands of pages. Just try to read the first chapter, and you will get it. I am so jealous of you for reading this for the first time.
Delay is because the novel is an (extremely graphic and violent) BL novel, and China has censored these contents (even more) for the last few years. So although there is no way they can include even the slightest bit of the original book in the show still, the "Bromance" is apparently too much of a scandal to be broadcasted.
