It was due to the filming of the player that clashed with the filming of drag i love you (what joss was originally supposed to star in) so him and luke exchanged their projects and luke took on drag i love you while joss took on his role in mama gogo.

Jossis also pretty fluent so i don't think that'll be the pb. But regardless i still think alot of the story will be rewritten since alot of the og story revolved around Luke's character being pivotal and his identity as a "failed yakuza"

It's only his second time please cut him some slack 😭 besides all the other actors are more or less professional dancers and luke cannot dance to save his life. I mean he tries but he's uncoordinated and awkward so it would have been hella strange to have him go up against them and win (since he's a main character) besides i don't think joss is type casted alot, between nabi and the player his characters have been getting alot more nuanced recently so re-exploring his roots but this time in a light hearted comedic fashion can only do him good. Also Luke looks gorgeous in drag so it's a win for everyone involved.

Honestly same. But thinking critically, joss was the most obvious choice to play a stripper since he's played one before. They'll just have to rewrite his character so it makes sense with the plot.

Lol i really wanted to watch this series out of guilt for only watching the bls gmmtv produces but after reading the reviews and comments I'm pretty sure I'll hate it. I already find half of their bls to be absurd and low quality so total that with the fact that this is supposed to be a "regular" drama I'm sure I'll pass out trying to force myself. Don't get me wrong I've watched several non bls from gmm and loved them (to an extent) but i always try to watch a non bl from a bl pairing to have something to contrast my opinion of their performance against. Although the gifted was one of my first gmmtv series a few years ago i really didn't think nanon's performance was that memorable (maybe because i didn't like the way they shoved his quirckless unspecial character down our throats as the "key to everything" 🙄 literally making his gift plot armour because his personality was otherwise totally bland) and was completely overshadowed by Gun and Jane's supperb performance so after watching turn left turn right which was lackluster at best i came here to see if blacklist might have been a better option (according to you guys it wasn't). i can't say he doesn't deliver with what little he's given, infact realising that the director of turn left turn right is the same person who directed this show, I'm not surprised at all how it turned out, so i want to ne optimistic about bad buddy (which is what brought me here in the first place). Another reason I'm here is this was the only other time he and ohm got to be in a series together but given I've watched almost everything ohm has been in and he's never disappointed me I'll leave my investigations at that and wait to see how bad buddy will suprise me.

That's nice but i mean it kind of defeats their pyrpose as a talent agency if they don't treat their talent right. They can very well be a production house and produce quality shows without keeping their artists hostage under unprofitable contracts. I'm not trying to compare but regardless of the quality of their shows one thing about gmmtv is that they'll cast and reuse their artists in any and all projects they can. Even if it's just cameo or guest roles. Besides if we're really talking about quality shows nadao has ITSAY and by a long stretch the stranded at best and that was mostly a netflix show. Great men academy too if you watch it as a straight show then yes but apart from those they haven't really done anything out of this world so i don't see why they can't focus on their aetists.
